21/07/2025: Tris di primi da applauso! I cuculli con il salume molto invitanti. Dolci molto buoni. I pansoti al sugo di noci tra i migliori mai provati.

20/07/2025: La Trattoria Pagliettini ci ha conquistati con la sua atmosfera calorosa e la cucina genuina. I piatti, semplici ma preparati con grande cura, erano tutti freschi, saporiti e abbondanti ...dalla carne tenerissima agli ingredienti di qualità eccellente. Un apprezzamento particolare va anche alla cura con cui sono state gestite alcune esigenze alimentari della nostra famiglia, con piatti preparati separatamente per nostra figlia celiaca. Importanti tocchi davvero premurosi, come i cuculli fritti al momento o le patatine in olio dedicato.Siamo stati lì per un compleanno. Mentre la festeggiata aveva una torta su ordinazione, lo staff ha avuto l’attenzione di portare una deliziosa torta al cioccolato con mandorle anche per nostra figlia, senza bisogno di chiedere nulla. Un gesto che l’ha fatta sentire pienamente parte della festa. Il tutto in un contesto pittoresco, sulle alture di Moneglia. Una cena speciale, consigliatissima per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, curata e davvero accogliente.

01/07/2025: Kind and attentive staff. Good farinata but with little choice of toppings: no gorgonzola and artichokes, normal pizza nothing special. For location, far from the city center, prices a bit high. Also the farinata given for 4 was a bit small in fact we split a pizza. Anyway recommended!

18/07/2025: A great gluten-free place. When I mentioned I was celiac, the vendor brought out new tubs of ice cream and utensils and went to wash his hands before serving me. They also have gluten-free cones.

21/06/2025: After many years my wife and I returned to this trattoria serving typical Ligurian cuisine with many outdoor tables scattered in the woods and in the garden. It specializes in meat and is located in Le Manie on the hills of Finale Ligure, which can be reached via a long drive uphill from Finale Ligure or Spotorno. A curiosity: the name Briga is the name of the hill where the trattoria is located. There is also a large outdoor parking lot that can be used. We sat outside in the woods and ordered: - Antipasto misto "Briga" that we shared, a traditional starter from the Ligurian hinterland - ravioli au tuccu, Ligurian-style ravioli Finally, as main courses: two Grigliata Briga, the Great Classic of the Osteria For dessert, I had an extraordinary and unforgettable chocolate and raspberry cake. Needless to say, we enjoyed everything, everything was abundant, exquisite, delicious, excellent, wonderful. The staff was quite large, welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly and helpful, and the service was attentive, fast, and the prices were fair for the excellent quality of the meat!! 04/07/2025: A friend and I went here a few days ago and what an incredibly nice place! At first we wondered where we were going to end up when we entered but after that we were incredibly enthusiastic. The atmosphere, music, cocktails and staff everything was perfect. Very affordable cocktails between €8-12. We will definitely come back.

17/07/2025: I was a guest and had a baptism at this restaurant. The gluten-free focaccia di Recco - quite hard dough, with mozzarella instead of the usual stracchino The gluten-free ravioli with spinach, mushrooms, and walnut sauce - quite heavy and doughy The gluten-free fried fish - cold, rubbery, they initially got the order wrong and brought it with gluten (gluten-free potatoes weren't available) The gluten-free dessert - beautiful in appearance, tasted... let's say okay. The pudding spread across the plate... oh well. (When cutting the gluten-free cake, all the plates were stuck to the gluten-free side of the cake, the same used for the gluten-free cake. TOP) I think for the price paid, they could have done a little more.

16/07/2025: Excellent and generous focaccia to start, followed by the fried fish and amberjack tartare—delicious! Paired with a chilled white wine, they went down wonderfully! A nice place for the millefeuille and sorbet, too, to round off a summer evening.
