03/08/2026: A benchmark for Senegalese cuisine in Genoa for over 30 years. There are so many dishes to try, both fish and meat, with several vegetarian options. I recommend one dish above all others: maffè, rice with meat and peanut sauce; a truly delicious one-pot meal, and to finish the meal, I recommend their chocolate mousse and a delicious Senegalese coffee flavored with Selim pepper. The service is more than fair, and the owner is incredibly friendly.
26/07/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the Senegalese cuisine at this restaurant. The location is very pleasant and peaceful, nestled in the narrow streets of Genoa, near the port and the aquarium. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Don't miss this great place. It's best to book in advance during the summer if you want a table on the terrace.
