01/08/2025: Dinner for two at a restaurant that promises much but only partially delivers. The appetizers offered an interesting sampling: some dishes were fresh and well-thought out, others lacking flavor and texture. The portions? Truly minimal, almost symbolic—even for a single person. The first courses weren't convincing: fresh ingredients, yes, but the preparation failed to showcase them. The same goes for dessert: good intentions, poorly executed. The high prices would only be justified by the overall higher quality. Good service, no complaints: courteous and attentive without being intrusive.

16/07/2025: Dined twice in one week. Simply enjoyed the excellent food and the lovely wine list. Hospitable and friendly.

18/08/2025: An absolute delight. This is not just food, it is Italian gastronomy, fresh ingredients and a love of craftsmanship on one plate. I think Celle Ligure has something to be proud of. And definitely have the local dessert Mose to finish it off.

07/09/2025: A restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, featuring several beautiful, blown-up historic photos. The food quality is truly top-notch, as is the wide selection. You can order both meat and fish. The portions are generous, both in terms of quantity and composition; the shrimp spaghetti, for example, had a lot of seafood. What more can I say? We hadn't heard about it before, but we'd heard so much about it from friends and acquaintances. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and the price: absolutely fair. Struppa clearly (thankfully) hasn't yet been affected by the frenzy of many restaurateurs who have inflated prices beyond measure.

28/08/2025: A true tavern from another era. Excellent beers, both local and international, as is the cuisine, featuring local and international dishes. Fast and friendly service. Obviously, my rating is based on the type of establishment, which isn't comparable to other so-called classic restaurants/trattorias.

27/08/2025: La Taverna remains a La Spezia hotspot. A place with medieval overtones, dedicated especially to metal music lovers. It has a wide selection of beers, all exceptional. Not to mention the excellent food. I personally love the pesto-filled sgabei and the charcuterie and cheese platter. So good! The dishes are always plentiful and tasty! The people who work there are very kind and friendly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a night out with friends and to tourists who want to experience a different kind of place than the city has to offer. Keep up the good work 🫶🏻🤘🏻

18/08/2025: We searched for the place on Google. We ate everything seafood-based, and everything was exceptional: octopus with potatoes, anchovies with crostini, grilled fish, mixed fried fish, linguine with clams, grilled vegetables, spaghetti with fish. The dessert made by the chef was amazing. The staff was wonderful and very kind. In short, a truly excellent place.

18/08/2025: We went recommended by friends, we had a fish-based dinner from the starter to the grill, everything was excellent and fresh, with balanced flavours, and finally we dedicated ourselves to the very delicate dessert, especially for the freshness, excellent quality/price ratio, kind staff, welcoming and friendly owner, I recommend it, we will be back again thanks

03/09/2025: This was our first time at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful discovery. The atmosphere is lovely, relaxing, and the service is impeccable and puts guests at ease. The dishes are an experience, and the baked goods are truly delicious. We chose the "youth menu," requesting a change to a dish, and it was no problem, but the chef and waitress were very accommodating and kindly offered us a taste of the changed dish. We really appreciated it. We will definitely be back to try other menus and dishes.

02/09/2025: We had a fantastic experience at Ristorante San Giorgio, thanks to the extremely welcoming and helpful staff. It was our first time dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we never felt awkward — the team made us feel completely at ease. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with flavors that worked together perfectly (my favorite was the Genovese Pesto Pearls). For someone with a sweet tooth like me, the dessert was spectacular — refined and memorable. We highly recommend visiting if you’re in Genova!

07/09/2025: A truly fantastic restaurant. We've already been there twice during our vacation and would love to come back again. The service is very friendly, welcoming, quick, and attentive. The food is simply fantastic! We especially recommend the seafood/fish starter platter. The pizzas are also great, as are the other dishes we tried. The food also arrived very quickly. We also highly recommend the dessert! We'd love to come back. Reservations are highly recommended.

The pizzas were truly delicious, as was everything else. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Be sure to reserve a table.

06/09/2025: On Saturday, September 6, 2025, my wife and I ate spaghetti with clams; they were truly excellent. The lady who welcomed us, I believe the owner, was incredibly kind and friendly. We'll be back!

23/07/2025: A pleasant surprise for my birthday, I wanted to try it and I was satisfied, as was my husband. The thought at the end, with a candle placed on the dessert I chose, which I consider a delight (prepared with Val d'Aveto ricotta ice cream and a cobeletto filled with orange marmalade), certainly another reason to return and discover new dishes with the flavors of traditional Ligurian cuisine.

Penso che bisognerà inventare un nuovo aggettivo per descrivere una magnifica esperienza culinaria.....antipasto tipico ligure con ottima varietà di gusti e consistenze....gnocchi di castagna con pesto assolutamente divino e a chiudere un sensazionale budino di cipolla rossa con anelli di cipolla croccante su un letto di prescinseoa,sperando di averlo scritto bene il tutto accompagnato da un buon vermentino ligure. Nota di merito per il locale e al personale di servizio preparati che ci hanno fornito un servizio TOP dove il maiuscolo è assolutamente voluto. Per concludere eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo che mi porta a dire che tornerò sicuramente a provare questa stupenda esperienza gastronomica....
