Abbiamo anche scambiato due parole con il simpaticissimo chef a fine cena. La sua simpatia e passione si vede tutta nei piatti. Dolce al miele di Sassello eccezionale. Bravi, continuate così.

29/06/2025: Don't look for specialties in restaurants in the city center or Camogli or Portofino. Real Ligurian cuisine at its best! The place is inconspicuous from the outside but inside it's delicious food created with passion.

01/06/2025: We had a great time. It's a bit difficult to get to but it's worth it! The staff is very welcoming, the food is excellent, you can tell the ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. The price is also more than fair! I recommend booking on the terrace, there's a great view.

20/07/2025: We stumbled upon Musée somewhat by chance... and how lucky we were! A warm welcome, kindness, and friendliness that are rare to find: we immediately felt pampered by the attentive, helpful staff, with genuine attention to detail. The cuisine is a tribute to Ligurian tradition, with simply delicious dishes, prepared with love. At the end of the meal, they even gave us a small biscuit and a liqueur—a very welcome surprise that ended the meal with a smile. Truly an unexpected gem, which we hope to find again soon. Highly recommended

22/07/2025: Ho mangiato bene, personale educato e molto efficiente. Piatti belli e buoni (forse potrebbero fare delle porzioni meno lesinate) ottima scelta di vini. Non posso dare come valutazione ECCELLENTE perchè non ho provato quella sensazione di wow ma lo consiglio.

22/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso diversi giorni a Rapallo e questo ci ha consentito, tra pranzi e cene, di provare un po' di posti e in quasi tutti i casi abbiamo avuto quella tipica sensazione di trovarci in locali prettamente turistici, con interesse maggiormente (e forse anche giustamente) rivolto alla quantità piuttosto che alla qualità. Da Rapalà l'attenzione e la cura nel preparare e servire i piatti è evidente, capiamo da subito che l'esperienza offerta punta tutto sulla qualità. Il menù è un giusto mix tra originalità e tradizione locale, i piatti sono impiattiati con cura e qelli da noi ordinati hanno pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. I ragazzi che si occupano del servizio sono gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti. Super consigliato ;)

23/07/2025: A pleasant surprise for my birthday, I wanted to try it and I was satisfied, as was my husband. The thought at the end, with a candle placed on the dessert I chose, which I consider a delight (prepared with Val d'Aveto ricotta ice cream and a cobeletto filled with orange marmalade), certainly another reason to return and discover new dishes with the flavors of traditional Ligurian cuisine.

20/07/2025: Visitato a pranzo con amici. Penso che bisognerà inventare un nuovo aggettivo per descrivere una magnifica esperienza culinaria.....antipasto tipico ligure con ottima varietà di gusti e consistenze....gnocchi di castagna con pesto assolutamente divino e a chiudere un sensazionale budino di cipolla rossa con anelli di cipolla croccante su un letto di prescinseoa,sperando di averlo scritto bene il tutto accompagnato da un buon vermentino ligure. Nota di merito per il locale e al personale di servizio preparati che ci hanno fornito un servizio TOP dove il maiuscolo è assolutamente voluto. Per concludere eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo che mi porta a dire che tornerò sicuramente a provare questa stupenda esperienza gastronomica....

24/07/2025: Oosteria è una certezza, ogni volta un’esperienza di gusto sorprendente: materie prime di ottima qualità in piatti mai banali, con abbinamenti sempre creativi e azzeccati. Non perdetevi i dolci che sono dei veri capolavori! Complimenti ragazzi, andate avanti così.

The slightly cooler climate on the mountain provides welcome refreshment, especially on hot days. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. The cuisine is excellent – ​​the dishes are fresh, flavorful, and lovingly prepared. A wonderful place for a relaxed meal in a beautiful natural setting. Highly recommended! And, most importantly for me: dogs welcome!

03/07/2025: Wow wow wow! We finally managed to have dinner at this restaurant and it was an excellent dinner! Above our expectations! We were expecting a normal dinner with typical Ligurian dishes but instead it turned out to be a very good and carefully prepared dinner of typical dishes! Absolutely normal price, we chose to do the tasting and it was all very abundant but so good that we practically left nothing! My partner and I made it clear when booking that we were vegetarians and there was no problem, in fact the dishes were very good for us too! I can't wait to go back!!!! Congratulations indeed!

20/07/2025: La Trattoria Pagliettini ci ha conquistati con la sua atmosfera calorosa e la cucina genuina. I piatti, semplici ma preparati con grande cura, erano tutti freschi, saporiti e abbondanti ...dalla carne tenerissima agli ingredienti di qualità eccellente. Un apprezzamento particolare va anche alla cura con cui sono state gestite alcune esigenze alimentari della nostra famiglia, con piatti preparati separatamente per nostra figlia celiaca. Importanti tocchi davvero premurosi, come i cuculli fritti al momento o le patatine in olio dedicato.Siamo stati lì per un compleanno. Mentre la festeggiata aveva una torta su ordinazione, lo staff ha avuto l’attenzione di portare una deliziosa torta al cioccolato con mandorle anche per nostra figlia, senza bisogno di chiedere nulla. Un gesto che l’ha fatta sentire pienamente parte della festa. Il tutto in un contesto pittoresco, sulle alture di Moneglia. Una cena speciale, consigliatissima per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, curata e davvero accogliente.
