The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, this last aspect isn't always a given in these parts.
A truly pleasant experience, which I highly recommend.

The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and are rich in flavor: you can sense the attention to both the cuisine and tradition.
The service was impeccable! The host was super helpful and attentive. Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a place to eat well in La Spezia, away from the typical touristy restaurants, this osteria is definitely worth a visit. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful lunch; everything was delicious and well-prepared. The restaurant is very welcoming, and since it was a beautiful day, we ate outside, which was truly wonderful, in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere close to the sea.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. We immediately felt at ease.
We stumbled upon this place almost by accident, and we were truly lucky! If you're passing through La Spezia, I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back!
05/08/2026: Let me start by saying that this place has a carefully curated wine selection, just like its dishes. I had the pleasure of tasting the homemade pesto and can say, without hesitation, that it's the best in the city.
For my second course, I chose a mixed fried fish dish, which was truly excellent: dry, light, crispy, and not at all greasy. You could taste the freshness of the fish and the quality of the preparation.
For my drink, I chose a Franciacorta Noir, which is as good as a Champagne.
My five stars go not only to the food, but also to the welcoming atmosphere and the service, which was impeccable from start to finish.
Thank you so much to all the staff for the wonderful experience.

Photos of old reviews show that everything has gone up in price since last year, another disappointment for those who rely on reviews.
31/05/2026: Lacquered beef...not lacquered. High price for three beef bites. Beer prices are a bit high for a place where you'll find a sign at the entrance that says "DRINK HERE." Good service.

27/02/2026: The dishes were good, well-presented, and the flavors were spot on. We enjoyed our meal; there were no complaints about the taste.
The service was also very good: welcoming, professional, and pleasant throughout the meal.
However, the portions were really small. We were left a little hungry, which is a shame considering the price. €70 for two people for this quantity seems excessive for what was served. Furthermore, I should add that they charge for tap water and €3 per person for cutlery.
Overall, a good experience, but the quality/quantity/price ratio could be improved.
