06/07/2026: I had dinner at Osteria La Carabaccia and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and are rich in flavor: you can sense the attention to both the cuisine and tradition.
The service was impeccable! The host was super helpful and attentive. Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a place to eat well in La Spezia, away from the typical touristy restaurants, this osteria is definitely worth a visit. I would definitely go back!
05/07/2026: Perhaps the best meal I've ever eaten. The vibes are immaculate, the service is wonderful, and the food is next level. This restaurant simply cannot exist anywhere else; it's offering the very best of Liguria.

The local cuisine, the fresh seafood, and the kindness of the waitress who agreed to cancel our main course order because the appetizer platter was so generous that we had already eaten the mixed antipasti. I highly recommend it for seafood lovers; it's generous, varied, and delicious. We then ordered the homemade desserts: the best tiramisu of our two weeks in Italy and an excellent panna cotta with red berries made with real, freshly blended fruit. To top it all off, we simply had to try the limoncello from Levanto. A wonderful evening. Thank you to the staff at Moresco.

13/06/2026: Thirteen or fourteen years after our first dinner there, we returned to try it again. We rediscovered the authenticity of the place. Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

No menu, changing dishes every evening, family business, welcoming atmosphere, hidden spot in a beautiful little village in the mountain, always busy, very fair price if not even too low for what you get. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends and family. So so delicious! Cooked with love. Enjoy!

04/07/2026: This is the few cafes that opens early for breakfast in La Spezia. It's quiet anf chilled. The young and very cheerful staff makes our morning! Not to mention breakfast was tasty too. As soneone who prefers filter coffee, this place has a variety of options. What a pleasant surprise 😁

Photos of old reviews show that everything has gone up in price since last year, another disappointment for those who rely on reviews.
31/05/2026: Lacquered beef...not lacquered. High price for three beef bites. Beer prices are a bit high for a place where you'll find a sign at the entrance that says "DRINK HERE." Good service.

Located in a quiet and charming side street, we enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere. The service was very friendly, and our visit was completely stress-free and without any waiting.
The food and drinks were regional and top-notch, and the prices were absolutely fair.

04/11/2025: Great spot for breakfast!! As a family of non-vegans, we loved everything we got here. The smoothie bowl was super light and refreshing - a nice break from all the pastries we had been eating. The owners were the loveliest people we met on the whole trip. It was very clear that they truly care about their customers.
16/10/2025: What a pleasure to find this place in Riomaggiore! We had all our breakfasts there. The welcome is extremely warm, I loved the yogurt bowl and the many choices of fresh fruit for the smoothies 🌱

27/02/2026: The dishes were good, well-presented, and the flavors were spot on. We enjoyed our meal; there were no complaints about the taste.
The service was also very good: welcoming, professional, and pleasant throughout the meal.
However, the portions were really small. We were left a little hungry, which is a shame considering the price. €70 for two people for this quantity seems excessive for what was served. Furthermore, I should add that they charge for tap water and €3 per person for cutlery.
Overall, a good experience, but the quality/quantity/price ratio could be improved.

The basil pasta and focaccia were great, and the toilets were incredibly clean.

05/07/2026: I had dinner there last week with friends. Excellent food, generous portions. Excellent mussel crostini (mussels, for those who aren't from La Spezia 😅) as an appetizer. Fresh spaghetti with mussels, peppered mussels, water, and wine. Amaro on the house. €40 per person, well spent. We'll definitely be back.
