06/04/2024: Tried the tasting menu, a roundup to get to know signature cuisine, never banal. The ravioli accompanied by raw fish and other flavors are superb. Even a simple sea bass has become super thanks to the perfect cooking and the proposed combination

28/03/2024: Wonderful experience. When we arrived we were greeted elegantly and Afterwards we were pleasantly advised. The tasting menu was a beautiful and delicious journey. Many many compliments to the chef, we will see you again very soon. Now his restaurant Zi'Ninella is a fixed stop for us, one more excuse that will always make us return to Santa Margherita Ligure. Congratulations to everyone, you are special.

26/03/2024: Over the years, Brinca has always remained a certainty. Excellent and plentiful quality of purely Ligurian recipes, wide choice of wines for those who love them, superlative sparkling wines and grappas for a certain type of palate. Beautiful and welcoming environment, friendly, competent and purposeful staff, food and wine prices in line with the high quality offered. In short, a top restaurant that can undoubtedly be classified as Ligurian excellence. Highly recommended for the few who don't know it and for those who really want to enjoy an excellent dinner or lunch in total relaxation and taste.

03/04/2024: Intimate restaurant in a restored medieval tower, located at the end of the town, just follow the main street. The environment is truly evocative, exposed stone everywhere with arches, with the renovation the original style was maintained, the lights are suffused on the floor creating a very romantic atmosphere. The menu is made up of relatively few dishes, but they are all really good, I recommend the tasting menu to try as many things as possible, it's really worth it! The service is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, worth at least one visit!

01/04/2024: Clearly different experience referring to lunch or aperitif. Lunch is a gem, typically Genoese, quick and witty staff. Delicious pesto lasagne and tiramisu too. Too bad about the aperitif however, personal3 annoyed if more people show up, and practically zero vegetarian options!

01/04/2024: The food was excellent, the service was very friendly. Before that, a greeting from the kitchen with further side dishes. At the end we ordered a digestif, which was not charged, and there were also some delicious pastries. Nice atmosphere and we had a lot of fun. The prices are completely okay. A nice evening .

18/03/2024: Nice and welcoming place but with wobbly parquet, if sitting in a passage area, as in our case, you can perceive a lot at the table as the waiters pass by. Friendly but nice informal service. Simple cuisine and the simplicity was appreciated, but the creamed cod was loose and watery, whipped without oil. Plin average, pasta with sea urchins with the presence of tomato which completely covered the sea urchins, tasteless. Adequate prices but non-compliant quality/price ratio. We expected more.

05/04/2024: After a couple of attempts in the past months, we managed to book a table for 2. The place is small but nice, the food is good and fresh, but the portions are a little small for the prices. Friendly and kind staff: during rush hour there was a lot of confusion, so much so that I had to get up to ask for more bread... in any case they made it up to me. Next time we will return to try the paccheri that everyone acclaimed..

06/04/2024: A pleasant place where I always find a warm welcome and lots of courtesy. The menu is limited, but the offer is complete. There are choices of meat and fish, with several starters and a good selection of desserts. It's practically all homemade. Among the first courses, I don't feel like recommending the spaghetti with clams, but to go for one of the other choices. The veal with tuna sauce and the fried food are good. As a starter I recommend the Ligurian octopus salad. In my opinion, the portions are generous on the first courses and starters, but adequate on the second courses. On desserts, the sacripantina is very good, while if you want something fresh, the coffee affogato is my favorite (it's a nice glass with fiordilatte ice cream and coffee).
