30/03/2024: Eating in this place is definitely an experience worth trying. The food is homemade but excellent and accompanied by pleasantly home-made service. The place is practically a country house adapted to host people, but with a gem... a cave in the back where you can eat al fresco in a more than suggestive environment. Allow me to give some advice: limit the portions in order to allow you to enjoy all the excellent dishes you present. Anyway, worth trying again!!

06/04/2024: Great seafood, but high service charge (€6). We ordered the day special tagliatelle with shrimps and mushroom + seafood spaghetti. It was (sea) good~ since there was no one, we thought the chef gave their best effort. Both pastas were cooked well and full of flavour. But not a big fan of the service charge.

03/04/2024: Intimate restaurant in a restored medieval tower, located at the end of the town, just follow the main street. The environment is truly evocative, exposed stone everywhere with arches, with the renovation the original style was maintained, the lights are suffused on the floor creating a very romantic atmosphere. The menu is made up of relatively few dishes, but they are all really good, I recommend the tasting menu to try as many things as possible, it's really worth it! The service is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, worth at least one visit!

04/04/2024: I confirm the good reviews. Very welcoming and cozy place, comfortable seats, nice atmosphere and background music. Excellent and delicious dishes (fondue, shin, chestnut troffie, semifreddo). Optimal quality-quantity/price ratio. Very positive experience.

29/03/2024: Mi hanno portata in questo piccolo bistrot dove ho trovato un ambiente accogliente e familiare, pietanze squisite e di produzione propria. Siamo stati accolti con un tagliere di piccole fave fresche da gustare con dell'ottimo salame di patanegra. Come pietanze abbiamo preso una parmigiana di melanzane anch'essa squisita e gustosa e una porzione di Genovese il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di ottimo Ripasso (tra le altre cose hanno una cantina super fornita). Innamorata dei proprietari di questo locale situato a Bordighera Alta. Una coppia d'altri tempi che con tanti sacrifici hanno costruito e stanno portando avanti un gioiello. Belli e solari nonostante la stanchezza. Niente da fare quando c'è amore gli ingranaggi funzionano sempre bene!

25/03/2024: Absolutely loved it here. Food was delicious, excellent portions & good value for money. The staff were so friendly & patient with our lack of Italian (but our waitress spike fantastic English). 100% recommend. Cosy open fire for colder days. The onion starter & wild boar pasta were so good! Will 100% return.

18/02/2024: Andiamo sempre quando siamo a La Spezia e ogni volta il menu cambia e ci sorprende sempre positivamente. 3 antipasti tutti ottimi, i gamberi fritti con maionese al tartufo sono sublimi, pansotti con ragù di scampi e come secondo il filetto di orata. , dolce e caffè. Il conto: 40 euro a testa spesi più che volentieri. Torneremo appena ci ritroveremo in zona.

18/02/2024: Bella serata tranquilla con menu degustazione di pesce. 3 antipasti, un primo e un secondo, con dolci a scelta. La cameriera, gentilissima, illustra i vari piatti, dai quali traspare la freschezza dei prodotti. I gamberoni con maionese al tartufo (uno dei 3 antipasti) deliziosi, ma è tutto l'insieme che rende la serata tranquillamente perfetta. Una nota di merito in più: la colonna sonora, discreta, composta di standards americani Anni 40, è assolutamente calzante con il clima della serata!

13/02/2024: Not a large room, with barrel-vaulted stone/pebble ceilings, well renovated and furnished. Cuisine with a limited number of choices, a couple almost repeated but overall quite varied. Good wine list and interesting liqueurs (chinotto amaro😱👍) Nice, good dishes, some combinations a little questionable but well cooked. Homemade desserts, good. Fair price.

01/04/2024: Our very first visit to Osteria dalla Padella alla Brace. The service has been impeccable and the food outstanding. Slow food with a very modern twist. A very pleasant and truly culinary experience. We will certainly come back.

Excellent and plentiful quality of purely Ligurian recipes, wide choice of wines for those who love them, superlative sparkling wines and grappas for a certain type of palate. Beautiful and welcoming environment, friendly, competent and purposeful staff, food and wine prices in line with the high quality offered. In short, a top restaurant that can undoubtedly be classified as Ligurian excellence. Highly recommended for the few who don't know it and for those who really want to enjoy an excellent dinner or lunch in total relaxation and taste.
