25/04/2026: We come to Moneglia when we can (unfortunately, once every 4 or 5 years) just for this place. All the clichés about Ligurians being inhospitable or stingy are disproved by this place, where the food and wine are carefully prepared and reasonably priced, served with grace and passion.

05/04/2026: An unforgettable dinner in a magical, high-altitude setting. Excellent service. The owner came to our table, and we had a moving and passionate conversation about the significance of the sea for Liguria. My father emigrated from Genoa to Argentina. His charming wife arranged transportation for us to the train station. The seafood dishes were plentiful, refined, and exquisite.

10/05/2026: Excellent Ligurian restaurant about twenty minutes from Diano Marina, accessible by car along a beautiful scenic road through olive groves (consider the curves for those who don't like driving). The cuisine is authentic and flavorful, with generous portions. I wouldn't eat much for lunch if I returned for dinner. A vegetarian option is also available, without the risk of tasting bland. Suitable for dinners with family and friends. A very unique location, with a distant sea view. Fast service and friendly staff. Recommended! ☺️

28/04/2026: An excellent place to sample Ligurian cuisine and be delighted by its flavors and ingredients. The dishes I highly recommend are the gnocchi, the crostone with cod, and the stroscia with zabaglione ice cream. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters are friendly and professional. I recommend booking, especially on weekends, as Dolce Acqua is a popular tourist destination for both Italians and French.

24/04/2026: A top-quality restaurant, from the attentive, kind yet discreet service (which isn't a given) to the quality of the dishes, everything done well (but well means WELL) as true chefs do, nothing improvised, no frills to hide questionable qualities, no over-the-top display to impress, only to enhance. I've tasted several courses, from starters to fish to dessert. We eat out often, and this has now become one of our favorite restaurants. Thanks to Fabri, Valeria, and their dining room staff. P.S. 03/04/2026: This is an amazing place to eat. The staff was sweet, the beer was good, and the food was delicious. We arrived a bit early, so there were no one in the restaurant besides us, but that didn’t matter at all. The vibes were great regardless, and they have free wifi. If we had the time, we would go back for sure!

01/05/2026: We went to Loano today and for the first time we went to Bagatto... I'll start by saying that I rarely write reviews but today we ate really well.. Abundant and very good dishes... Excellent wine list and excellent service.. The place is very nice and intimate.. If you pass by Loano I recommend you stop by Bagatto

17/03/2026: A historic Sanremo restaurant in one of the city's most picturesque areas, the old port. A pleasant atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of fresh catches of the day complements excellent seafood dishes. A must-try for seafood lovers, and beyond. The dessert trolley is an irresistible temptation to round off a great meal.

08/03/2026: On Saturday, February 28th, the day of the Sanremo Music Festival finale, we decided to spend the evening there on the recommendation of a friend, booking well in advance! It was an excellent choice! Refined atmosphere, excellent service, and excellent food! The bill surprised us. Five HUGE pasta dishes, two of which were fish, four desserts, five glasses of wine, and three bottles of water, totaling €170. For the quality of the food, it was worth every penny! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

16/05/2026: If you'd like to dine here, I recommend making a reservation, as it's not easy to find a table. We were greeted at our table with a platter of appetizers. We tried the octopus with potatoes, the tagliolini with lobster, and the spaghetti with seafood. Each dish was better than the last; the octopus melted in our mouths. Personally, we found the desserts a bit nauseating. At the end of the meal, we were offered two small cream puffs. Excellent value, too.

23/04/2026: A great experience! We had gnocchi with pesto and ravioli with radicchio and honey, which were nothing short of spectacular. Our main course was a tuna steak, which was also excellent, especially the pairing with the exceptional caramelized red onions. Compliments to the chef, one of the most enjoyable dinners ever.

01/05/2026: A hidden gem among Genoa's traffic police stations, this restaurant offers authentic yet sophisticated cuisine. High-quality ingredients are paired with creativity and expertise. We enjoyed the off-menu rossetti and the tuna carpaccio with purple shrimp for an appetizer. Chestnut and tuna casarecce and black chitarrine with octopus ragù. To finish, a surprising tiramisu with Ligurian focaccia. We didn't have time to take photos because the dishes were so inviting. We'll definitely be back. Well done!

You can taste the care and quality of the ingredients used, according to local tradition. ​Ombretta's welcome: An honorable mention goes to her, who was extremely courteous, attentive, and possessed of an overwhelming warmth that made you feel immediately at home. ​The Host's personality: The owner has a lively personality and a distinctive character. His sometimes friendly nature adds a touch of sincerity and folklore that makes the experience even more memorable and authentic. ​A must-see for those who love good food and authenticity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality meal in an environment that has made Genoa's culinary history.

19/05/2026: The focaccia di Recco was wonderful, Manuelina was friendly and the staff were very helpful.

19/05/2026: But you can see that they forgot to put the cheese in the focaccia...all in all I ate a crunchy piadina...in fact I'm giving it 1 star because it can't get any less.
