05/07/2026: Everything is very good and delicious, only the road to get there, although well paved, is a bit narrow and winding.

30/06/2026: Brought here by friends, we discovered an excellent trattoria!! The atmosphere is peaceful and friendly, and the food is excellent, even for kids!! Highly recommended!!!

13/07/2026: Lunch at San Giorgio: a pleasant welcome, excellent atmosphere, good service. A bit surprising was the price (not listed) of the off-menu first course we were offered, paccheri with lobster... €60 per portion... the presentation wasn't very impressive; the dish was actually finished at the table without the chef's supervision... and in my opinion, it showed. Finally, I should point out that the wine, chosen immediately, was brought after the entrée. Reading your response, I understand that abundance is what matters to you, right?

16/07/2026: Excellent and plentiful seafood, offering delicacies based on locally sourced seafood. The staff are professional, polite, and courteous. The appetizers are fabulous and plentiful, the black and green taglierini pasta excellent, the mixed fried fish rich and fresh, and the light and delicious millefeuille dessert. Fair prices. We'll be back.

12/07/2026: I've been going to Brisas ever since I arrived in Genoa a year ago. I'm Ecuadorian, and I love Peruvian ceviche, especially the Tris Marino—it's delicious!! We even celebrated my birthday here on January 20th of this year!! ❤️💪🏻

02/07/2026: An unexpected discovery during our stay in Genoa. A cozy restaurant off the main pedestrian routes, on a quiet street near the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta di Carignano. The menu features traditional Ligurian cuisine. The owners, although they speak limited English, were very welcoming and eager to help. The dishes were wonderful and delicious. The service was fast and pleasant. This place is definitely worth a visit.

12/07/2026: The host is the best and the service is very attentive! We had seafood and raw fish, and everything was exceptionally fresh! We also had an excellent antipasto, a Ligurian specialty with salt cod and potatoes – simply wonderful!

07/05/2026: It's a restaurant with a set menu for 30 euros per person: antipasti, two main courses, dessert, house wine, water, and limocello. Everything is delicious. The place isn't large, so it's best to make a reservation. It has an interesting decor, full of trinkets. And the coolest thing is that it operates in what used to be a church, a desecrated church. That's where the restaurant's name comes from, as Judas received 30 denarii to betray Jesus! I loved the experience!

19/05/2026: While staying in Ventimiglia for a few days, I was fortunate to discover this restaurant just a short walk from where I was staying. The atmosphere was quaint and beautifully decorated, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the opportunity to practice my Italian throughout the evening. I started with a glass of local Rossese, a lighter-bodied Ligurian red with an elegant character somewhat reminiscent of Pinot Noir. For my antipasto, I chose the farinata with Gorgonzola, which was rich, savory, and wonderfully comforting. For dinner, I decided to try the coniglio disossato in casseruola alla ligure—boneless rabbit prepared with olives, pine nuts, and white wine. It was absolutely delicious: tender, delicate, and surprisingly approachable for anyone trying rabbit for the first time. I paired it with the optional red cabbage salad, which complemented the meal beautifully. Everything from the presentation to the ambiance felt thoughtful and authentic. An excellent dining experience from start to finish, and absolutely a place I would return to when back in Ventimiglia. 🇮🇹🍷✨

07/06/2026: I've rarely received such an enthusiastic welcome from the entire team. Located in a village further up the valley after Ventimiglia. Flawless from start to finish. Impeccable service. The signature dish: emulsified beetroot. The €125 garden and sea menu is more than justified. I'll definitely be back.
