We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance, on our way back from Provence. Then I remembered an episode of Borghese's *4 Ristoranti* and made the connection: it was indeed one of the winners along our route. And I must say, the win is more than deserved. The restaurant is truly refined and welcoming, but what makes the difference are the owners: Chiara is an extraordinary hostess, attentive, kind, and always ready to make guests feel at ease. Even when faced with a small setback, she handled everything with great professionalism and ease. The menu was simply fantastic. We chose the six-course tasting menu and it was a true journey of flavors from start to finish: carefully prepared, balanced, and never boring dishes. You can sense passion, research, and sheer quality in every offering. A truly successful experience, one that stays in your memory and is definitely worth repeating. P.S.: I highly recommend it, but keep in mind that it's also an experience in terms of time... it's not the right place if you're in a hurry.

It was my first time, but I'll definitely be back. A very family-run restaurant, elegant and refined. From the moment you walk in, you can see the love the owners have for their creation. As for the food, I think the photos are more than enough to convey the quality of the dishes. They were presented beautifully. It was worth the trip from Turin.
