15/09/2025: We only ate there, so my review doesn't concern the hotel but only the restaurant: the service (Nico) was truly attentive and precise. The dishes were plentiful and well-cooked, and the price was reasonable. We ate spaghetti with clams, gnocchi with scampi, grilled vegetables, and seafood salads: everything was incredibly fresh and, most importantly, served on a splendid veranda overlooking the lake.

20/09/2025: We were here again this year, and this year we were lucky enough to find the restaurant open. Unfortunately, it was already closed on our last visit about a year ago. It's always worth a visit. Super friendly people and excellent service. Last night, with perfect weather and a stunning sunset, we enjoyed delicious food and excellent wine. We felt very comfortable, and the value for money is very good. Thank you for the wonderful evening, and we'd love to come back.

06/08/2025: I bought two pizzas, and both looked (both visually and in texture and flavor) like those frozen pizzas you buy at a small supermarket. The dough was very thin and soggy, not crispy at all, and the "four cheese" pizza didn't even have two types, and the ones they did have were poor. The "Diavola" pizza was diavolo (bad) in the figurative sense, awful, again with almost no cheese, and the cured meats were raw! I've eaten many Diavola pizzas at other pizzerias, and in all of them, the cured meats should be cooked at the end of the process, not served raw! Far from being a true Italian pizza, it's a disgrace for Italy and a disappointment for those who buy it—a waste of money.

04/07/2025: ….. Molto calda e stanchi del viaggio. Arrivati a Viterbo siamo stati attirati da questa trattoria vicinissima al nostro albergo. Mangiato molto bene con specialità tradizionali in un ambiente dal sapore antico. Buone le fettuccine al tartufo come pure i lombrichi al pesto di zucchine. Buonissimi gli straccetti e un servizio gentile e cordiale. Da consigliare sicuramente!

03/06/2025: Everyone tells their story, this is mine: due to a misunderstanding the location booked in Vetralla could no longer accommodate us; Dino from the ancient Locanda came to pick us up and made two rooms available plus dinner at Braceria. So for me everything is ok but more, truly hospitable and without extra charge

16/08/2025: Dinner today, August 16th. The staff were incredibly nice and kind, truly smiling and courteous. Plastic chairs, tables, and plates, a €2 cover charge per person, but never mind. Buffalo steak menu, €20 (pictured), good meat, but the cut was boneless, too dry, and weighed 250g maximum. So, not a steak, but rather a slice of tagliata. Then, the Chicken (thigh?) + potatoes and salad menu, €15, perhaps a little overpriced, but good. The side dishes were excellent. A very serious flaw, which really upset me, was that when I went to pay (€44), I was also charged €5 for drinks (1 water + 1 can of Coke) that were actually supposed to be included in the menu! The place was half empty, so I can't believe it was an oversight. I didn't say anything because I honestly hadn't even noticed, but then, looking at the receipt before throwing it away, I noticed and felt like I'd been fooled. The receipt clearly showed the two menus, and then the drinks were on the side, so the girl at the cashier couldn't have made a mistake without noticing, especially since from what I've seen, everyone takes the menus here. Tourists shouldn't be fleeced, but pampered, because if they have a good time, they'll come back! COVER CHARGE €2 per person BUFFALO STEAK + Potatoes and Lettuce €20 CHICKEN + Potatoes and Lettuce €15 Coke €2.50 Water 1 liter €2.50 €44 for a piece of buffalo mozzarella, a piece of chicken, a potato, lettuce, a water, and a Coke, on a lawn with paper plates and a plastic chair...

11/09/2025: Honestly, I wouldn't stop if I weren't thirsty. If you continue a few minutes further, you'll find gas stations with much better service and food.

06/07/2025: Cucina verace! Servizio un po' lento ma riscattato da simpatia del proprietario. Ottimi piatti, anche abbondanti al punto giusto. Da ripetere!
