Letizia, the owner, is the real highlight: kind and welcoming, she opens the doors of her home to you and makes you feel right at home. An experience I highly recommend. Whenever we want to escape the city, we retreat to Orto di Hans and return feeling refreshed!

14/03/2026: The outside leaves a little to be desired, but once you step inside, it's like a magical fairytale! They have three very large rooms. There were five of us, and we ordered five ciorbe, five tochituri, and two papanasi. Everything took us back to Romania. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the service was very fast. It was a wonderful experience, the price was excellent, and we'll definitely be back.

29/10/2025: The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Viterbo and Bagnaia itself, with its stunning village. The hotel itself could use some updating, but the owner's friendliness and courtesy are truly priceless; we had a great time.

13/03/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ We spent three weeks at Capfun Europing in July with four children. We're familiar with Capfun campsites… but this one deserves a special mention. Not in a good way. 🚗 Arrival – the tone is set Arrived during the Italian siesta: car access to the bungalow was forbidden. Only one golf cart for everyone. The result: five round trips in the sun with luggage for a family of six. Check-in was rushed, keys in hand, and we were left to fend for ourselves. 🧹 Bungalow – very sloppy cleaning Upon arrival: dirty worktop, sticky dishes, dust on the floor… and even an insect in the bedding. Several items were missing or broken (glasses, cutlery, outdoor chair, unusable clothes dryer). The gas was turned off the first night, so it was impossible to cook with four children. The television? No signal, of course. 📶 Internet and network – nonexistent The Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent in bungalow Z-423. Only one corner of the terrace sometimes gets a signal. It was impossible to work remotely as planned. I had to take two extra days off work. 🏠 Privacy – nonexistent The terraces are so close together that you can literally walk right into your neighbors' space. Add to that the near-zero soundproofing, and you'll be fully immersed in your neighbors' conversations, arguments, and parties. 🚬 Family atmosphere… cannabis version Smoky terraces perpetually, cigarettes and joints by the pool, cigarette butts everywhere… sometimes even thrown on the ground by the staff. For a family campsite with children, the scene is quite surprising. 🏊 Swimming pool – questionable hygiene Shoes allowed everywhere, no footbath. We even witnessed a surreal scene in the baby paddling pool: a child's excrement being roughly scooped out with a net… without closing the pool. We restricted our children's access to the pool after that. And to top it all off, several water features remained out of order for almost our entire stay and were only repaired… the day before our departure. 🗑 Campsite Management – ​​General Disarray Overflowing containers, litter on the ground, strong odors. Fast-moving cars kicking up clouds of dust that settle on laundry and food. Rusty or broken washing machines. No vacuum cleaners available anywhere on the site. 🔥 Safety – Concerning Gas cylinders stored in the sun among dry pine needles, technical work carried out without protection or signage. For someone working in PPE safety, it was frankly alarming. 🎭 Entertainment – ​​Good Intentions but Amateurish The entertainment staff were friendly, but the shows seemed more like impromptu performances among friends than a prepared program. 🍕 Restaurant – best forgotten The so-called “fresh” pizzas were inferior to a frozen supermarket pizza. After two tries, we gave up. 📉 Conclusion We felt like we spent three weeks in a poorly managed and maintained campsite, a far cry from the Capfun standards we've experienced elsewhere. When you add it all up: - questionable hygiene - pervasive smoke and cannabis - broken equipment - problematic pool - haphazard management … it's a lot for a three-week family holiday. We came for a vacation. We mainly conducted a thorough audit of what can go wrong in a campsite. A unique experience. But definitely not in the way you'd expect from a vacation.

01/03/2026: A mixed experience at this CAPFUN (even though we're used to this chain). The only positive points: - Restaurant with gluten-free options and a fairly good menu. - Grocery store with reasonable prices considering the location. - Spacious bungalow. - Beach access. Now for the negative and disappointing points: - Campsite located in the middle of nowhere (the nearest town is Tarquinia, a 15-20 minute drive away). - No cars allowed (except on arrival and departure days). Okay, that's the rule, and in the end, it's not so bad. However, some vacationers (always the same ones...) disregard the rule and don't hesitate to park their cars for several days in front of your accommodation. The only action taken by the campsite: putting "Don't Park Here" signs under the windshield wipers. - There's a significant security presence, but they don't intervene when there are altercations between vacationers, despite being warned several times. - The pool is overcrowded, with children running everywhere, and the lifeguard is completely overwhelmed, constantly whistling and being ignored. - The beach is open to the public, or rather, to street vendors who harass you trying to sell you AliExpress products. - The entertainment team (an external provider) has only one goal: to get a 5-star rating. Therefore, they only cater to the ratings of the teenagers and don't care about anyone else. Their professionalism leaves much to be desired. - At night, from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m., there's a very unpleasant, intermittent, muffled noise (like a large diesel engine in the distance). - Our air conditioning wasn't working. A repairman came, fixed it, and then left without even letting us know. He left all the dirt and debris from the repair in the accommodation, which wasn't great. - Strangers from outside the campsite can come and go as they please. - The garbage management could be criticized, although it seems to be the case pretty much everywhere else in Italy, so I'll remain neutral on that point. - The technical team (meals, bike rental, pool, etc.) is inexperienced (just an 18-year-old kid) and speaks neither French nor English. - The same music is played on a loop all the time, and to please the French, they play Stromae (Papaoutai), a perfect choice for giving you the blues.

22/02/2026: We had lunch today with my brothers and, after a long search, we found this quiet restaurant with a beautiful view and truly special dishes. The seafood and meat menus are truly top-notch, using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The girls at the tables were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I occasionally stop by Tuscania and will gladly return at the first opportunity. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: The location is beautiful, and the food is excellent. Fried artichokes, grilled shellfish with lobster are top notch. The wine list is also very extensive. The prices are fair for what the chef offers. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

17/12/2025: I honestly don't understand the reason for so many negative reviews. I've been a customer for years and years. It's true that sometimes the service, for those who aren't regulars, may seem a little lower than the prices, but you have to consider the very fresh raw materials and how they are prepared... In my opinion, in Marina di Montalto they are the best in this respect; there is no comparison, then everyone forms their own opinion... Word of someone who has been frequenting this place for twenty years.

14/09/2025: The lady doesn't accept debit cards because "otherwise she'll charge commissions on top," and suggests using Satispay or cash. We had a cream bomb, but the cream was sour; after the first bite, we had to leave it there.

16/07/2025: A cute place with unique decor, it looks like a recycled art gallery. The problem is, it's too crowded. The ice cream isn't anything special, but seeing it topped with whipped cream was disappointing, and the price was a bit high. I didn't like seeing my grandson sneaking around everywhere; they even asked us to move so they could follow the little guy.
