La Collina In Viterbo

It's been a while since I wrote, but I'd like to share my experience with you. We had dinner for two, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the ingredients were top-notch. The Terra Nostra appetizer was wonderful, and the first courses were excellent. It's definitely worth a try, especially since the prices are more than fair.

A welcoming atmosphere, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, enhanced by excellent and courteous service. An honorable mention goes to the panna cotta, simply delicious! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We went for dinner on a Sunday, a little late, without a reservation, but they welcomed us with kindness and warmth (unsurprisingly). The place is rustic, a bit like the historic village pizzerias. They had both pizza and meat options, but we were craving pizza, and they were more than happy with that. We chose the pizza menu, which also included a nice appetizer, including focaccia. The pizza was thin and well-topped, yet light. We'll definitely be back as soon as we're craving a good pizza. See you soon.

I went for lunch with my family, and I just have to say that, beyond the kindness, the food was truly superb. Homemade flavors and generous portions. Thank you so much for your work👏
