03/07/2025: Posto molto carino ma non tornerei più , prezzi troppo alti per il cibo offerto 62€ a persona per un antipasto a base di radicchio molto deludente e una pasta alle zucchine

10/06/2025: Dinner marked by obvious oversights, to err is human so I hope to change my mind. Fantastic location, immersed in the Maremma, shame about the long waits for both water and the menu and for not finishing the order. Unfortunately it is the first weekend of the season so also understandable. The mixed appetizer unfortunately arrived with the only two cooked dishes still frozen inside, a sign of delays and haste. The pasta with wild boar was really little about 60-70 g (considering that the dish costs about 15-16 euros price for which such a quantity is not presentable). Excellent quality of the wild boar stew, terrible chicory; inedible due to overcooking, for which we were also mocked for not having consumed a product at km 0, unfortunately not evaluated by the chef. Good dessert recommended by the kind waiter, the only one who had noticed the problems of the whole evening. You can see the commitment and attention to detail, I hope to change my mind next time. The customer must always be treated as such, in all phases from welcome to farewell.

05/03/2025: It has now become a fixed stop when we are in Fabrica and sometimes we come specifically from Rome. Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming owners but the real leap in quality is the skill of the chef who is exceptional especially in cooking fish. The long culinary experience, gained by Mr. Gianni in the kitchens of Sardinia, gives a unique flavor to very fresh food chosen with care and wisdom directly by the owner himself in the fish shop. Gianni, we talked about it on several occasions, is able to recognize the quality and origin of the fish so that he can always give the best to his customers. I clearly prefer the fish menu which is available in different ways from the starter to the main courses while my wife likes the typical local cuisine and the grilled meat, which is also chosen with particular attention. Even though we often go to restaurants in Rome or in the Viterbo area, for us Gianni and Maria are number 1, so much so that sometimes we even return in the evening for an excellent pizza....... The welcome is familiar.....

02/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, with fresh, high-quality, local products. A large and excellent wine cellar. The waitress assigned to our table was imprecise and not always up to par.

24/08/2025: Tiny portions and high prices. I pointed this out to the owner, and he gave a surly and nonsensical response. They sell pasta with clams for €15, but they're actually lupini beans. 50 grams of pasta in total. It was better in previous years. It's clear that something or someone has changed!

19/08/2025: The quality isn't bad. Nothing exceptional, but not too bad either. The gnocchi with scampi cream was a little below average. The calamarata with ragù (named after the type of pasta, nothing to do with calamari) was good, especially considering the homemade pasta. The fried calamari was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

09/06/2025: Hotel outside the historic center that can be reached in a few minutes by car. Optimal solution. Absolutely quiet. Large room. Cleanliness and great courtesy and availability from all the staff. In particular Dino who always looked after us at breakfast. At the reception we always had punctual and precise tourist information also for moving to other places.

07/09/2025: All frozen fish, cooked terribly. Unfortunately, the standard is poor in Montalto Marina. I suggest changing your approach...

02/06/2025: Siamo tornati quest'anno,l'altra volta nel 2021.Ogni volta che proviamo a tornare non troviamo mai la disponibilità è sempre tutto esaurito.Stavolta ci è andata bene.L'ambiente ci piace e si mangia benissimo.A colazione la pasticceria è artigianale e veramente deliziosa.Spero di avere l'opportunità di tornare ancora.

15/05/2025: I was here in May, for one night, in a period of rain and wind. The staff was very kind, the food, even if the kitchen was not 100% operational, was good. Like at home. What can I say... to try again in season.

23/07/2025: We stayed at this property for 5 days and can only say we had a wonderful time. We opted for half board, and what can I say? In the morning, cakes, biscuits, and tarts—everything was truly delicious and authentic. Dinners in the restaurant were superb, plentiful, and cooked with love. Their ingredients are top-quality (some can be purchased on site). Our room had a beautiful view of the countryside, very quiet and comfortable for us and our four Chihuahuas. Another highlight was the spectacular 150-meter pool, divided into a high and low section, with sun loungers and an umbrella always available. We were welcomed hospitably by all the staff, who were all very kind and always tried to accommodate our every need, displaying unparalleled kindness and helpfulness. The owner, Mr. Luigi, is super helpful and welcoming; you can tell he cares about the property he runs with passion. A top experience, we'll be back.

08/07/2025: Pleasant discovery, very rustic, clean and quiet farmhouse.

31/07/2025: Quick family pizza: on the lakeshore, reached by a very narrow but quaint road. There's a large green space outside. We went at sunset and the view of the lake is stunning. Delicious pizza, crispy and with a wide variety of toppings.

04/07/2025: Very nice place on the lake. We ate some excellent appetizers and various pizzas. Recommended!
