We ate in this restaurant, even though we arrived late they made us sit; the food was really excellent, dishes designed and made to perfection. I ate very well, as I haven't had in a while, and the smile and friendliness of the owners left me really happy. I highly recommend going there if you are in Bolsena!

15/03/2024: It's the second time I've gone there to confirm to myself whether the piadina was really good or whether it was thanks to the good company.... This time I was alone and I took a "Classica": VERY GOOD! 🤤 THE MUSHROOMS IN THE STUFFING WERE FRESH CHAMPIGNON and not in a jar❣️the external piadina (fantastic) is more similar to the Egyptian f'tir (light and fragrant) and whoever prepared it was very good because they knew how to keep the raw ham soft and the rocket fresh while making the mozzarella "spin" 🤤🤤🤤💕
