25/01/2026: I called in the late afternoon and they very kindly reserved a place for me that evening. The host of the property recommended the place to us. We wanted to keep it "light" and opted for a baked potato and two "risottos." Pescatora and cream of scampi. The quotation marks are a must. The pescatora was completely unrelated to the seasoning. In short, the risotto was completely missing. It simply seemed like boiled and drained rice with the seasoning added at the end. That's called rice. The risotto is another story. However, there was little seafood, only mussels (2 or 3) without the mollusk but stuffed with rice. Two clams. A shrimp, a razor clam, and a scampi. The quantities are not approximate, alas, but real. The rice was completely dry and unseasoned. The "best" part was the "risotto with cream of scampi." It should be redefined as "cream with rice." My husband left it, I tasted it... it was inedible, you could really taste the cream, it was so greasy. It tasted awful. The waitress justified herself by saying that cream is necessary (and thank you!) and that they always make it that way... I hope for their sake it's not like that!!! She offered us some other dishes as alternatives, but we declined. The baked potatoes were good (hence the two stars). In the end, they charged us for both "risottos." Two risottos, a baked potato, two small Cokes, a bottle of water, €49. You decide! Obviously, the woman at the cash register felt sorry for my husband... "I'm sorry you didn't eat anything." I replied, "She must be sorry, but in the meantime, she made us pay for it!" I'll end with the final "Yes, because it's with the card..."... what?! So, something you absolutely didn't explain, if I paid cash, you would give me a discount?!... bah! I don't recommend the seafood risottos; I hope at least the meat turns out well. Not recommended.

22/03/2026: Definitely a high-end setting. The cuisine is exquisite in a sophisticated and wonderful setting. First courses are top-notch, and the vaccinara stew is absolutely mouth-watering. All the desserts are artisanal and delicious, and they have a top-notch wine list. I highly recommend coming to eat at this wonderful fraschetta.

21/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant spread across the street. Delicious dishes, from the appetizers to the delicious meringue. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. A fantastic experience.

24/12/2025: I went to the restaurant on the recommendation... I can only say that they follow a diet recommended by former minister Sirchia and that the cost (in my opinion, for a zero-mile restaurant) seemed excessive.

08/12/2025: Fantastic place, run as a farmhouse should be: only genuine products, either from the farm itself or from the surrounding area. My only complaint is the fixed menu that doesn't always please everyone. I was there on a Sunday; I don't know if the same rule applies during the week.

19/08/2025: We went for dinner one evening on the recommendation of our friend Moira. We had a wonderful time, dining al fresco on a large veranda. The fish was incredibly fresh and the portions generous. The fried food was spectacular, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We'll be back.

22/01/2026: A very cute place. Decorated like an old mine (including three tables shaped like mine carts), it has a varied menu of appetizers, focaccias, pizzas, piadinas, and specialty main courses.

22/02/2026: Excellent pizza restaurant in Corchiano. I went there for the second time last night for pizza with friends. We chose the pizza tour, which included a generous appetizer, all-you-can-eat pizza until you're done, drinks included, dessert, and coffee. Everything was really good, the pizza was excellent. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, and the staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend everyone to try it.

15/02/2026: I've been there before, but yesterday they exceeded my expectations: excellent food and friendly, helpful staff, always smiling, which is not something you can expect. My partner had never been there before and loved it, keep it up ❤️

06/01/2026: A welcoming and pleasant place, beneath the walls of the Papal Palace. Ample free municipal parking is available. The dishes are beautifully presented and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. Friendly staff and quick service.

20/12/2025: Saturday evening at 9:30 pm, there were 10 of us, and I found out. I regret not taking photos. The cold cuts appetizer, presented straight from the fridge, looked old, and had a terrible aftertaste. The fat on the salami was disgusting and ruined my palate. Imagine eating cold, stale fat. The porcini pasta with mushrooms that had just been defrosted, with a little water in the bottom of the plate, was cut as thin as a slice and full of fat and sinew. I basically ate three pieces of meat. The baked potatoes were the same as the frozen ones sold at the Metro. A terrible experience, a ruined evening. The price for not having eaten was very high. Goodbye forever, gentlemen, improvised restaurateurs.
