25/03/2025: My boyfriend and I went for lunch today. Locations very nice, clean, quiet and welcoming. A stone's throw from the sea. The owner is friendly, kind and very helpful. Truly excellent food. Spaghetti with clams, delicious. Very fresh and tasty clams. Seasoned and presented to perfection. Superlative fried calamari and prawns. Fresh sea bass of the day, a delight. Very delicate. And to finish, artisanal panna cotta and crema catalana, also made by them. What can I say, a wonderful lunch. My boyfriend, who is Ligurian and comes from Portofino, said that the quality is almost as good as their catch. So, a lot of stuff. Really, congratulations Super happy with this lunch. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much

27/10/2024: This is a great, discrete cocktail bar in the theater district. There are no signs outside and it’s up a stoop, so you have to know it’s there. As a result, it’s not crowded. As someone who lives locally and goes to the theater a lot, I’ve been searching for a bar in the area that isn’t a generic pub. This place has a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

18/10/2024: Took my granddaughter and a friend to MSG for a concert, my son and daughter-in-law tagged along. Neither of them is comfortable driving in the city, hence my chauffer's duties. Where to kill some time while waiting? We found ourselves in the Theater District, and I found this gem. My son was dressed from work, my DIL and I in much more casual clothes but we were made to feel right at home. A few small plates and some cocktails, a lovely space and really nice staff. My wife and I like to hit a few shows a year and this will be a stop before or after. Our server suggested calling about a week prior for a rez and said if you tell them which show you're seeing they'll know when to book you in; very helpful. Bar Centrale made our evening!

06/01/2025: Small but welcoming place, generous portions, the starter is enough for two, excellent cured meats. The shank is delicious, tasty, you don't need a knife to cut it, it's so tender. The staff were very kind and helpful, the service was very fast (even though there was only one waiter). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We will definitely be back

Strategic area of ​​passage and walking for all those people who arrive or reside in Tuscania. Alessio, the owner, has always tried over time to satisfy the needs of his customers, mostly young, by offering them aperitifs, cocktails, live music in summer and plenty of space to sit, on the square, on the veranda, or inside the bar , all surrounded by a unique and unrepeatable historical setting. 24/03/2025: Our family visited Soriano this week and Rottezzia was our special find on our first night. We happened upon it and were pleasantly surprised by the grotto-like, underground setting to be such a gem. The service was wonderful and the food was top notch. The carbonara was the best I have ever had. We all agreed it was the best dinner we had all week in Soriano and Rome. This is a must have the next time we visit.

10/03/2025: Taking a walk in the historic center of Soriano nel Cimino and taking advantage of Women's Day we decided to have dinner in this characteristic place. What can I say; friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and price in line with the chocolate we ordered. Also highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice, quiet and memorable evening. I give 5 stars but I would give more!
