This year, since I live there, I chose to have them make my birthday cake, and together we agreed on a semifreddo with a puff pastry base, raspberries, and cocoa. The cake was delicious and had a stunning design. Marco and Moreno are not only world-class in their field, but also welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful people.
