27/04/2026: Culinary excellence and human warmth: Nicoletta's perfect combination. Four of us dined here, and the experience was, without a doubt, astonishing. It's rare to encounter such high-quality consistency: there was not the slightest hesitation in any of the courses, which followed one another in a perfect balance between refined aesthetics and depth of flavor. Every detail, from the attention to the aesthetic composition of the dishes to the precision of the cooking, testifies to an extraordinary technical mastery. However, the true added value of the lunch was revealed at the end, when we had the privilege of meeting the mastermind behind such harmony: Nicoletta. Conversing with her for several minutes was enlightening; we clearly perceived that hers is not just technique, but a true emotional dedication. You can sense, in every bite, that each dish is conceived and crafted with sincere love, a rare quality that transforms an excellent lunch into an experience that speaks directly to the heart.
