Excellent incredibly thin pizza, great choice of toppings and types. Friendly quick service, with on street tables. Tiramisu was good too. Highly recommended, so good first time that I had to return, it didn't disappoint!

The pizzeria was recommended to us – and we weren't disappointed. Delicious pizza with a paper-thin, crispy crust and fresh ingredients. Friendly service and a cozy, typically Italian atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this restaurant!

I didn't have time to photograph the dishes, but I assure you, when we finished, they were so clean we didn't even need to wash them... Truly excellent food, lovely atmosphere, perfect service. I had the pici, the tagliata, and drank the est est est! Excellent!

We had a delicious meal at La Tavernetta Trattoria Pizzeria in Bolsena. We tried several dishes, all equally flavorful. An extra plus: the staff were very accommodating regarding our son's allergies. Great service and definitely recommended!

Ristorante Valle Del Marta

29/11/2025: A charming place with a lovely spa where very competent staff pampers you. I recommend the massages and the spa, it's wonderful.
13/10/2025: Wrapping up our 1 month vacation in Italy, one of the best memories is our time spent at Valle del Marta. Our Host (and owner) Mario was such a wonderful person who made our time there entertaining and he was extremely helpful (driving us in and out of Tarquinia for dinner each night. The staff could not have been more friendly - thank you Alessandra and Rita. After a long trip in I would highly recommend a massage in the spa from Rita - excellent. The pool and grounds were extremely beautiful and we even got a taste of the first grappa made this year by Franco (Mario’s brother). Not to mention their world class production of award winning brandy. No matter where we go in Italy on our next trip - we will certainly stay and visit with our friends at Valle del Marta !!
