15/05/2025: If I am usually very satisfied, this time I had an episode that left me perplexed. On my birthday I received greetings at the time of my purchase, but I was not offered anything like ground coffee, cups, etc. That I usually always received. Nothing serious but it left a little bitterness. Customer care was the flagship and something has changed.

10/04/2025: I have always loved Bialetti coffee but recently this store has made some slightly strange changes.. for some reason the shop assistants are always standing near the entrance, and this gives a sense of anxiety If you want to attract customers, put clear signs on the ongoing promotions Usually as a customer I am more inclined to enter if I am given my space

12/05/2025: Everything is ok, staff and products, but when I find the dark-haired gentleman with glasses at the checkout I'm stunned. Obnoxious and irritating except with friends.....with customers he is rude I think it is the manager When the guy at the checkout is there everything is ok

20/08/2025: Today, August 20th, I accidentally discovered one of the best pizzas in Rome: light, crispy, and well-topped, at more than fair prices and impeccable service (this pizzeria even operates in the middle of August, while most others are closed!!!).

31/08/2025: The staff wasn't very welcoming, the bathrooms were always dirty, and I even found cockroaches inside. The food was often stale, especially the croissants and desserts.

29/08/2025: I got a pistachio croissant for €2, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. The dough was raw inside, and the pistachio filling was really poor. Considering the price, I would have expected better quality.

11/08/2025: We went to this restaurant based off of the recommendations from online reviews and Anthony Bourdains travel series. THIS IS NOT the restaurant that people are recommending. While appearances on the outside are the same, the sign above the door still reads Trattoria Settimio and the website and phone number still read Trattoria Settimio, once we were sat down we realized the menu and place mats had a different restaurants name. Not till after did we see a lone review that noted that the restaurant was sold and has changed hands. Food and service was decent but it seems that they are using the likeness and reputation of the Anthony Bourdain recommendation to garner customers.

13/04/2025: Classic restaurant of good Roman tradition, well-kept and with attentive and discreet staff. Well-made dishes that reflect the typical Roman cuisine. Prices appropriate to the offer.

23/04/2025: Sushi is a big word, 2 people vomited after eating here.

14/04/2025: Siamo clienti da qualche anno, e anche oggi Enso non ci ha deluso. Abbiamo portato a pranzo i nostri figli, mio fratello con la moglie e la sorella di mio marito (le 2 cognate) e abbiamo fatto una bella figura. Pur essendo abbastanza critici perché frequentatori di diversi ristoranti cinesi e giapponesi, siamo tutti rimasti molto contenti della qualità, varietà, e freschezza del cibo. Tutto buonissimo, ben equilibrato, digeribile facilmente. L'ambiente è tranquillo, ben frequentato. Luci soffuse, proprietaria gentile. Mandiamo un saluto allo storico cameriere che lavorava lì da anni e che si è trasferito a lavorare all'estero, in bocca al lupo! Torneremo presto, grazie.

14/08/2025: We arrived at 8:50 PM (the restaurant closes at 10 PM) and waited in front of the entrance, visibly, for several minutes. The staff walked past us several times, ignoring us. After about 10 minutes, my husband and father-in-law had to stop the head waiter to ask if we could sit down. He replied, in an annoyed tone, that it was "too late" to eat at a table, but that we could order takeout. Despite the rude attitude, we decided to order takeout anyway. After a long wait, we noticed something very serious: a pizza returned by another customer was left on the counter for two minutes and then placed in our box. My husband politely asked for it to be remade. No apology, no words: the manager simply turned his back on us and, out of spite, delivered the pizza without even cutting it. Shortly afterward, other customers arrived (9:20–9:30 PM), and were welcomed without any problems. We don't know if they had booked, but the difference in treatment remains inexplicable. A terrible experience from every perspective: rudeness, questionable hygiene, and a total lack of professionalism.

10/08/2025: The pizza is fabulous.... I went last night and had a Margherita with tomato, basil, and buffalo mozzarella, which was simply delicious. For an appetizer, the carbonara frittata, "the famous Neapolitan pasta frittata," was excellent. Friendly staff and good prices.

14/07/2025: I loved both the beautiful location and the restaurant. The food was excellent, the service excellent. I was very satisfied. Furthermore, at the end of dinner we were able to visit the museum with the remains of an ancient Roman imperial villa located beneath the building. Wonderful!

21/06/2025: Birthday night, never was a choice so bad. Very suggestive location but unfortunately nothing more. Prices above the starred restaurant without a minimum of quality. We order a wine, finished. We order the second wine (price 4 times the price on the shelf) we are told because it is hot and must be put in the blast chiller for at least ten minutes. To apologize for the poor service no one offers us anything while waiting. We are forced to order two glasses of sparkling wine, the choice is between prosecco or champagne. We opt for the second. One of the two glasses arrives completely opaque, we ignore it. The cost of the two glasses will be €50. We order an appetizer, two first courses, and a bottle of wine also with a price more than tripled. I will avoid commenting on the appetizer. A spaghetti with clams €32 ordered without parsley, arrived with parsley. Paccheri with red shrimp and pink pepper €34 advertised on the menu, paccheri with tomato sauce arrive with 6/8 shrimp (2cm max) that they assure us are red shrimp!!! we finish the wine, cancel the main courses and leave. Ah... €7 a bottle of water. The receipt is attached Unless you are a tourist who is totally incompetent in cooking, stay away from this place. Just for a laugh, look for the price of the Trebbiano Riserva Marina Cvetic 2020 wine. You will find it there, probably warm, for €240. Curtain.

29/03/2025: Personale gentile ed efficiente. Qualità della carne molto buona. Qualità/Prezzo buona anche se 5€ per 2 caffè mi è risultato un po’ esagerato. Consigliato

08/12/2024: La comida era increíble. Algunos de los mejores durante nuestro tiempo en Italia. Lo valoré más bajo porque era la única vez en nuestras tres semanas en Italia que podíamos decir que no apreciaban nuestro negocio. Supongo que porque no éramos locales. Eso es una pena porque realmente es un gran lugar para una comida, pero no acogedor.

28/08/2025: It takes over 25 minutes to order with at least 10 people, one of the few restaurants in Italy without a totem for ordering. The counter staff is unfortunately incompetent. I definitely won't be returning.
