12/02/2025: Even having lived in this country for years now, I never knew about this bar. Now it's just a matter of breakfast in the morning and sometimes even an aperitif. I have to say that I won't change again. Everything is good and the staff are kind and patient. Highly recommended. Hello from Marco.

02/08/2025: Edit: Sorry I didn't write anything initially, but I didn't want to smear the place since it was my first time eating there. The pizza was rubbery and heavy on the stomach. One of us felt sick even though we only ate that little pizza, which costs €2 at any other bakery, while at yours it's at least €6. Maybe it was a coincidence, a mistake that happens, it can happen... but avoid acting like bullies, at least it'll make a better impression. Edit 2. I don't understand the need to say "you deserve a complaint" when I just wrote the truth, it happens guys. Nobody's perfect. You don't respond to customers with threats. I don't even think I wrote a senseless, bad review. Your reaction speaks for itself. I don't think I need to add anything else.

Unlike the first time, perhaps because it was their first few days of opening, I found a refined atmosphere, professional staff, and excellent food quality. 05/05/2025: Our favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh, the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms are the best of all the ones I have eaten in the various Roman restaurants. Very good classic Roman first courses, excellent fresh lamb meat, starters and side dishes always at the top, in short, all of high quality. I also really like pizza, especially the porcini one. To end on a high note, I recommend the tiramisu. I also want to compliment the service and kindness of both Mrs. Raimonda 😉 and the friendly and approachable waitresses.

12/07/2025: A historic establishment, the desserts are excellent for breakfast or celebrating events. The savory treats are excellent for a quick snack. Rosati also offers catering for outdoor buffets. The only flaw: the venue needs an interior renovation, a new lighting system, and especially a renovation of the outdoor terrace, which, due to the "my cousin"-style installation (as in Elio e le storie tese) of anti-pigeon netting and the "long live the parish priest"-style decor, looks worthy of a post-apocalyptic location.

13/07/2025: We finally managed to experience Zaraza’ a nice local restaurant in Frascati a beautiful city closed to Rome on top of a hill where at sunset you can literally see Rome underneath your sight It was a great experience especially if you want to experience something different which is away from the traditional and commercial places that sell mainly aperitifs, pizza & cold cuts As starters we have tried the homemade porchetta which was delicious however the presentation was a bit poor with some not fresh rocca leaves and 1 cherry tomato As main courses we had the homemade tagliolini with zucchini & zucchini flowers which were mind-blowing and the homemade chicken with tomatoes & red capsicum sauces We were extremely satisfied and impressed by the quality of the genuineness of the food The only note where there should be improvement is definitely the service, great job done by Marco at the beginning with the recommendations, however after serving the main courses we were left alone nobody came to check if we were good or ask for any feedback, they didn't cleared the plates and nobody asked for desserts so we decided to pay & leave The place deserves an 8 out of 10, especially at sunset time

Sara, the creator of this delicacy, prepares with originality new flavors, such as black forest or strudel, which are a godsend for the palate. A handmade product characterized by a truly extraordinary quality, which should be put in the tourist guides as an attraction that you absolutely must try, at least once in your life! It's good coffee 😉
