25/05/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Frascati. We had lunch today for the first time. We were welcomed with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Seafood dishes prepared with quality raw materials. Seafood appetizer, tagliolini allo scoglio and risotto with scampi cream, fried calamari and prawns cooked with skill. To finish a dessert of the house the fragolosa all accompanied by a good wine of Frascati Donnaluce Poggio Volpi recommended by the legendary Elvezio to whom we extend our special thanks for having welcomed us with professionalism and followed in all the choices Highly recommended 10 and praise Thanks see you soon Giovanni Teresa and Mariella

10/07/2025: We celebrated an important event for our family at Bistrot Bio, after having already been there for dinner. Both experiences, though very different in setting (indoors/outdoors, lunch/dinner, event/dinner for two), were brilliant, even with large numbers of guests. The products are seasonal and local, as well as extremely fresh, and cooked with immense attention to detail, the blend of flavors, and presentation. All the dishes are beautifully presented. The manager is extremely affable and sincere, as is the friendly service. They are very honest and professional, without falling into formality or personal reporting. Despite our organizational difficulties, they were truly on point. The only oversight was forgetting to prepare a dessert specifically for a guest with a specific diet. But that in no way diminishes the excellence of the food, service, staff, and beautiful, well-kept venue. The dessert (strawberry millefeuille) was a huge hit! All the courses were fantastic: light yet sophisticated. No one wanted to leave! Highly recommended!!!

08/06/2025: Spectacular place, well-kept and very elegant, a small oasis in the chaos of the city. Traditional dishes, also revisited, with a careful study and an incredible balance of flavors. Highly recommended the beef tartare and the pork with tonkatsu. To perfect the evening, the professionalism, the kindness and above all the passion that the manager transmits to the customers during dinner.

09/07/2025: 10/10 this was the best meal we had in Rome. The dishes were perfect sized and creative, our server was really really awesome and friendly. Will go back again, and again.

01/08/2025: The decor suggests you want to eat here, but the service definitely needs an overhaul. Foreigners are probably not welcomed here, because when we tried to sit down, there was no room. There were 5-6 tables available. We took two pizzas to go. It turned out there were seats, but only for locals. The pizza was burnt on the edges. I don't recommend it.

15/06/2025: Recommended by friends. We went to this nice restaurant and took the pizza menu for €15 with fried appetizers, drink, water and a pizza of your choice. Excellent pizza: thin Roman style, with lots of toppings! The staff was very courteous and kind. They took great care of us from the moment we entered until we left (...last) with that nice cool air we didn't want to leave😁

04/07/2025: It's hard to describe this terrible feeling. I came here more than a year ago and it was totally different from what I am eating now. It's a waste of money and time (even after explaining the reason, the store owner kept asking why I thought it was not delicious). The food and service here are unbearable. Please avoid it. No.2: [More] Reply to the quibbling of the merchant this morning: The matter is very simple and clear, and there is no need to beat around the bush. Last night, my family and I passed by the train station. We were very hungry at dinner time. It happened that your restaurant was nearby. I thought I had been here a year or two ago and had a good impression, so I came in. After sitting down, I found that the menu had changed, but for politeness and not wanting to make the situation awkward, I still ordered: two Vietnamese noodles and one egg fried rice. The result? The quality of the food was very poor. My Vietnamese noodles, the rice noodles all stuck together and sank hard to the bottom of the bowl. The egg fried rice was not fresh and had a strange sour taste. It was obviously not the taste of lemon or vinegar, but because the rice was not fresh. Although my child was also very hungry at the time, he could not eat at all after taking a bite. His bowl of noodles was almost untouched and left on the table. In the end, we had to take him to another place to buy him pizza. You are now describing that table as having eaten everything? Please be honest. More importantly, we have directly reported the problem to your staff during the meal, and I also made it very clear to your counter lady when checking out. We did not complain secretly behind our backs, but explained the problems on the spot, honestly and politely. So, now you deliberately describe me as "a customer who lacks patience and curiosity" in your response, which is really unacceptable. I lived in Vietnam for 3 months and I know very well what the basic quality standards of real Vietnamese cuisine are. I have to add that there are no Vietnamese people in your kitchen, not even Asians. This time, not only did I spend money and waste time on a bad meal, but now I have to be publicly belittled by you, suggesting that you seem to be an innocent business that has been "maliciously slandered". This is ridiculous. Everything I said was the truth, without exaggeration or concealment. If you can't accept even the most basic honest criticism, then the problem lies with you.

31/05/2025: I recommend this pizzeria as I have been their customer since 2019 and the wood-fired pizza is very good and the dough is very light and fragrant. Also the sandwiches cooked in a wood-fired oven and stuffed with ham, cheeses, vegetables. When I enter the DAVINCI pizzeria I gladly exchange a chat with the excellent pizza chef Davide and his wife Rosanna, friendly and affable people who I have known for a long time as their customer since 2019. I will continue to buy from this pizzeria which I recommend go and try their pizzas, and sandwiches cooked in a wood-fired oven, plus they also keep promotional material for my events on the counter +5 stars In the photo in my office are some of their delicacies cooked in a wood-fired oven

20/07/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance and was thrilled. The sandwiches are memorable, the tagliata was perfect, the meat was cooked to perfection, and you could taste the passion and professionalism. Kudos to the kitchen and all the staff. I'll definitely be back.

10/07/2025: Se siete in cerca di un posto buono e autentico per mangiare vicino alla iper-turistico Piazza del Popolo a Roma, Osteria Santa Ana è la scelta migliore. Si tratta di una taverna popolare tra la popolazione locale e serve tradizionale cucina romana con un tocco da gourmet e l"accento sulla tradizione e ottima materia prima. Un consiglio: hanno una bella terrazza sulla strada, vi consiglio di chiamare in anticipo per prenotare un tavolo fuori (dovrete prenotare on Venerdì e Sabato in ogni caso, perché è molto popolare e si riempie in fretta). Il cibo è eccellente. Per cominciare, vi consiglio di ordinare il formaggio pecorino fresco al forno con tartufo nero grattugiato.

10/03/2025: I recently visited this lovely restaurant in Rome while traveling solo. The crème brûlée was absolutely amazing! I wanted to capture a photo of it with the fire, but it had gone out. Luckily, I think the person’s name was Laki (or Landi , I might not be remembering it correctly), but he was incredibly kind and and brought me another crème brûlée with the fire just so I could get the perfect photo. The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I’m giving 5 stars because of Laki’s help. Highly recommend this place!
