16/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to visit. The food is exquisite, the gelato creamy and delicious. And the service is always wonderful, with a lovely energy and a warm atmosphere. 28/10/2025: A truly high-end bar; any request (even the most absurd) is always met with a smile and professionalism. Excellent breakfast, lunch, and appetizers.

14/09/2025: My favorite pickup spot! Always kind and helpful. I can't say much about the coffee; I've never tried it.

20/06/2025: This restaurant is a MUST in Italy. It changed my impression of Italian food. We came back everyday for a week straight. Come and experience it yourself. It’s crazy how good the food here is.

21/10/2025: Even though I don't live in Ostia, but come here for work, I was lucky enough to discover this bar. I love this place for several reasons, first and foremost the owners' friendliness and hospitality, always kind and available to accommodate customers' needs. But not only that, they have that ingredient that makes all the difference: passion for what they do. And here I am to talk about their specialty coffees, of true quality—don't even bother talking about pods with them! And they also add sugar, because coffee is good, and good without sugar. The simple style also allows for a quick meal without sacrificing flavor. I usually order the poké with fish, which is truly fresh, and decorated with vegetables and fruit according to Sabrina's imagination. But they also have paninis, tramezzini, and various salads, all fresh and made to order. I forgot to mention the desserts; their croissants are always fresh and fragrant! In short, a no-frills bar that preserves the tradition of old-fashioned bars. I would say highly recommended!

09/10/2025: The pastries, pastries, and sandwiches are excellent. The coffee is also delicious, but if you order it without sugar, tell the barista, otherwise they'll add sugar automatically.

27/10/2025: A truly beautiful facility, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail to ensure guests' well-being. We had a fantastic, relaxing day. The only three negatives are: - Mandatory lunch on-site: when you stay all day, you're forced to eat lunch on-site, with no cheaper alternatives to the €29 (minimum) menus. - Poor food: an aperitif at a 5-star spa that mainly serves pizza and fried foods is unacceptable. A few more fruits and vegetables wouldn't have gone amiss. Lunch also needs rethinking. - Staff: With the exception of the front desk, the staff isn't 5-star trained. In many cases, the smile and customer service typical of luxury establishments were missing.

12/10/2025: 50th wedding anniversary lunch, very sketchy, improvised location. Nice confetti corner. I wouldn't go back.

18/08/2025: I was delighted with my experience at Tiber41 Restaurant. Located along the river, it offers a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine courtesy from the waiters. Their in-depth knowledge of the menu and ability to recommend the best dishes made our choice much easier. Now, speaking of the food... what can I say? Simply exceptional!! - Appetizer for two (raw/cooked) - Two first courses - A shared dessert - Two glasses of wine and a bottle of water - Bread and breadsticks Every dish was fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. The fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked. Furthermore, the attention and care shown by the waiters in ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied during dinner added a truly special touch to the evening. In conclusion, I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable culinary experience. I'll definitely visit again. I've attached some photos of the dishes I ate.
