01/05/2025: Very welcoming, excellent raw material at a fair price

01/05/2025: Osteria created from the rooms on the ground floor of an old building in the center of Antrodoco: well looked after and clean. We started with an appetizer with local cold cuts to whet the appetite. Excellent first courses: ravioli with asparagus and spaghetti with cheese and pepper. The second courses are also 10, we took pork stingo and sweet and sour baked suckling pig (off the menu). The millefeuille with Chantilly cream is also delicious.

30/11/2024: Passing through the area again, I remember a stop in November 2021 together with friends in this beautiful place, enjoying truly good dishes with truly genuine products. Very nice and welcoming owners. A very pleasant memory!!

The accommodations are welcoming and comfortable and the welcome that Katia and her daughters reserve for you is the added value that you will no longer be able to do without. I come here often and I'm always happy to come back.

04/05/2025: Nice place located right next to the sanctuary of Vescovio. It offers very rich meat and fish menus at reasonable prices. We chose the fish one and were very satisfied, both with quantity and quality. Advised

12/05/2025: Pizza etoile or pizza and toilet? I admit I am a regular customer, but from now on I will never return. The worsening is noticeable beyond measure. Pizza with mushrooms? Slimy and snails. Pizza margherita? Poor mozzarella and sour tomato. Pizza with potatoes? Better the fries from mc. Pizza with aubergines? It will bloat you and you will remain obese for months. Pizza with sausages? Better my de salsiccia. A simple focaccia? Go to the bakery and you will find better. In short, you will have understood, after so many years, I could never have expected something like this. Problems upon problems. A round of applause for Mirco the pizza chef who, despite the problems, is the only capable, competent and professional one. A real gem for this pizzeria which, unfortunately for me, turns out to be a toilet, as previously mentioned.

12/05/2025: I came tonight to get pizza with my daughter. We got two trays of different flavors. They looked good, but in the end we all threw up. It was crazy. I admit I'm not intolerant to mozzarella, but this one caused me constipation and constant flatulence so much that it even poisoned the dog. We've all been with herbal tea in hand for about two hours, sipping fennel stuff in the hope that they'll save us from the catastrophe, namely the colossal shit.

17/04/2025: Very pleasant tavern, in the delightful Salisano, a very pretty and well-kept hamlet. Quiet and relaxing environment, attentive service. We had an excellent and abundant house starter, with cheeses, fried foods, cold cuts and a good focaccia. Unfortunately we didn't have much room left to taste the rest. So we had an excellent first course with homemade pasta and two desserts, a berry cheese cake and a pistachio dessert, really good. Prices more than honest.

11/05/2025: Hi, I'm Alessandra, my partner brought me and my son 3 years ago. We have already gone to eat at Liberati 4 times. We come from Aprilia, province of Latina. Making an hour and twenty minute drive is really worth it Really great food, succulent meat and excellent service too. Thanks again and see you soon. Even the desserts are made by them and are excellent. Then once you've finished eating, you go for a beautiful walk around there are some beautiful villages and you also enjoy the sunset. 16/03/2025: Pranzo ottimo .. pasta alla gricia.. fatta in casa... eccezionale. Zuppa di cavolo nero molto buona. Buono anche il resto. Gentilissima la cameriera. Posto accogliente.

15/03/2025: Siamo stati Oggi ospiti a pranzo presso questo agriturismo. Abbiamo mangiato cose buone naturali e dai sapori antichi, in un'atmosfera molto accogliente e serviti da una gentilissima padrona di casa. In aperta campagna Sabina, con un panorama mozzafiato sulla Vallata sottostante, circondati da piante di ulivo e da animali Pacifici che vivono lì, tra il cinguettio e il venticello di un annunciato primavera, abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, un primo abbondante di fettuccine fatte in casa ed una zuppa al cavolo nero gustosissima, un secondo di carne tre contorni, 2 lt d' acqua, 1 dolce, due quarti di vino bianco e rosso, due caffè, abbiamo speso 23,50 /persona. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente torneremo presto il gelso nero

The night we slept at the Diffuso Amatrice hotel, warm, comfortable rooms with lots of attention and services such as a hydromassage and outdoor sauna with a view of the Larga mountains. Varied and generous breakfast. Advised
