05/06/2025: L' OASI DEL COLLE is a truly special place, my mother has been staying there for a year. It has become her home, she calls the other guests her friends, the Oss are her angels. Yuri and Luana manage this facility excellently. In a phone call to a friend of hers my mother told her "I am finally enjoying my retirement". THANK YOU.

29/06/2025: This is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful medieval village. Most charmingly located and offering a stunning view of the valley and the distant Monte Soratte. Excellent cooking, good wine list, very friendly staff. It is absolutely worth the 3-minute detour from the main road. Easy to find and easy to park (free).

13/08/2025: Typical Rieti trattoria. Rustic yet authentic food, a rustic atmosphere, and an excellent variety of dishes. The waitress (perhaps the owner) is kind and helpful, but she has to do everything herself. Ideal for those looking for a low price and a taste of traditional cuisine.

20/08/2025: We were supposed to go to Ristorante Persi, located a little further down the same street. When it was closed for vacation, we decided to eat here "so as not to miss the trip," since we were coming from Rome. From the series: "We'll probably never come again!" Done! Never again! My son ordered the pasta with meat sauce (loose and watery), the same for my pasta with mushrooms, sausage, and peas. Confused and inattentive service! A single woman took orders for about 10 tables, and on several occasions she misplaced the dishes! Not to mention the fact that she shouted from table to table, making the atmosphere noisy and annoying! The dishes were so large, we canceled the second course. She looked at us as if we'd done something unwelcome! In short, never again!

Ho mangiato una capricciosa buonissima , sono riuscita a finirla senza sentire la pesantezza. Lievitazione SUPERRRR!!! Finalmente ho digerito una pizza dopo tanto tempo . Dolce delizioso ... 20/05/2025: A place I have known all my life with a beautiful view of the mountains and the whole town with a breathtaking panorama of the Valle Santa il bara offers with table service and at the counter beautiful outdoor space with veranda excellent for breakfasts coffee and cappuccinos (super) yeasts aperitifs first and second courses fresh every day 👍❤️

07/03/2025: Beautiful view of the valley. Excellent tramezzini and 5-star carbonara!! All this was accompanied by a very warm welcome. Thank you. Update 2.3.2025 We returned and, as expected, the food was divine again!

10/08/2025: An oasis in a city still in a sad twilight. A completely modern and new restaurant/hotel, which you may or may not like, but which gives a sense of rebirth. We went for lunch and were greeted by the very kind staff. The food was delicious and excellent value. An excellent experience.

09/08/2025: Dinner under the stars at Castagneto was a delight, featuring classic Italian dishes, well-prepared and served with professionalism. The venue exudes a new, very welcoming warmth. The music accompanied us throughout the dinner with pleasant discretion. Despite the tragedy of 2016, Amatrice is still a reliable source of food.

18/08/2025: On the main street of the village, within walls that evoke a sense of history, you'll find the restaurant. We ate outside, on the street, on a very quiet Sunday. The menu is quite extensive and certainly appealing, with a good balance between the new and the traditional. Everything I've tasted has been truly delicious, and my heartfelt congratulations to the management, because, in a context like this, offering such refined dishes certainly shows a strong belief in what they do!

30/07/2025: After a few years, I visited the restaurant's new location, which I've always loved and frequented. The new location is splendid! Especially during this time of year, I must say that dining outdoors in the evening has a unique charm. As always, the service is excellent, with Angela, the hostess, who immediately puts you at ease, and the staff, not only highly trained but also always ready to smile and take care of the table and the guests' needs. The food was EXCELLENT, just as I remembered. Everything was perfect!! Everything was top-notch, in an absolutely family-friendly atmosphere. Just one thing about this wonderful, renovated experience: the lack of Francesco's smile and friendliness, however, is more than made up for by the heart and quality of those who have inherited it! Congratulations, Angela, congratulations to everyone, it's impossible not to come back to "home." 18/08/2025: Very nice place, but the service was truly awful. It took over 30 minutes just to get a bottle of water, and over an hour to get pizza or a simple pasta dish for the kids. A scandal. The only redeeming feature was the waiter, Aron, who apologized numerous times, but the rest... truly awful.

17/08/2025: Da Lina was a delightful discovery. The place is spacious with a large outdoor patio, clean and welcoming. The food won us over from the start. The appetizers were an explosion of flavors, and the first courses were excellent, as was the meat. Everything was truly perfect!!!
