29/12/2025: Guys… the owner is great and the atmosphere is amazing, just like the staff; the food is the atmosphere. The last time I was there (the night between December 25, 2025 and December 26, 2025), all it took was a little music to transform this bar into a nightclub. Beautiful!!!

31/07/2025: I'm not reviewing the rooms because we didn't use them, but if I have to talk about the location, the hospitality, the food, I can only give 5 stars.... on a trip from Reggio Calabria to Turin we decided to break up the kilometers and stop halfway.... I didn't know this part of Italy, Sabina, and I have to say that it is truly spectacular.... definitely worth exploring further!!!

03/05/2025: A restaurant in the historic center of Orvinio, with a very characteristic cave dining room. Excellent appetizers, first and second courses, and good service. Recommended for quality at a fair price.

03/05/2025: Consigliato da amici abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante al centro di Orvinio. Molto carina la sala in grotta, buono il servizio. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti i piatti dall'antipasto al dolce per la qualità delle materie usate. Lo consiglio per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

12/11/2025: A magnificent place with an old-world feel. Excellent and hearty home cooking. Appetizer: bruschetta with tomato, beans, eggplant, peppers, cured meats, cheese, and a fantastic tripe. Two enormous baking dishes: one with gricia and the other with amatriciana, both fantastic. Four carafes of house wine. Water, coffee, liqueur, and sweets. All for the cost of pizza, supplì, and beer in Rome. An ideal stop for a nice motorcycle ride. Long live Signora Mimma!

24/01/2026: I've visited Agriturismo Il Gelso Nero twice on two different occasions, once for an intimate lunch for four people. I was so impressed that I decided to host a lunch for over 20 people for my birthday. I really must emphasize the quality of the food: every dish I tasted was delicious, and you can immediately taste that the ingredients come directly from their farm. Everything is incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the difference. Plus, the service is excellent: the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel truly welcome. Overall, a truly positive experience.

05/10/2025: Very nice place and very good food. Simple and authentic cuisine. The fettuccine with marjoram and pecorino cheese is superb!!! Highly recommended. There isn't a written menu, or at least we didn't see one, but the final bill was more than reasonable. Dogs and cats roaming around, but they aren't intrusive and are very well-behaved. For me, that's an added bonus.

29/11/2025: It's not a traditional restaurant, but a bar with a panoramic outdoor veranda. Excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients. The courtesy and kindness of the staff, despite the packed restaurant, is fantastic. Really good!

17/11/2025: It's a unique place, perfect for breakfast, an aperitif, or lunch. Its strength lies in the view it offers: you can easily sip a drink or enjoy a delicious first course, gazing out over the Tiber Valley, with Mount Soratte dominating the skyline.

08/02/2026: If Benny's didn't exist, they'd have to invent it. A safe place to stop on the SS4 Salaria. Luciano will welcome you like an old friend. I recommend it to anyone, even just for a coffee.

24/12/2025: Fontellisola is "The restaurant" where I practically grew up, I saw it when it still had a swimming pool and it remains to this day a place where you feel at home, you eat delicious local products in generous portions, homemade wines, beers on tap, their focaccia and homemade bread with their appetizers first of all ABSOLUTELY worth trying!

09/12/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant based on the good reviews, but the experience wasn't the best. The road to the restaurant was bumpy, and after parking, they sat us down. We waited five minutes, and the place slowly filled up. Then those five minutes turned into ten. When we finally managed to ask for the menu, the waiter, quite annoyed, told us the menu himself. After telling us the specials of the day, one of us asked if they had polenta, having seen it, even though he hadn't mentioned it at all. When the dishes arrived, they looked good, and indeed they were. For dessert, we had to wait 15 minutes, at the end of which the same waiter, instead of telling us what desserts were available, told us we had to get up to look in the refrigerator. Realizing we were about to leave without dessert, the waiter led us to the refrigerator and pointed to the desserts, but he didn't get any of them right. Out of desperation, and to be on the safe side, we ordered two tiramisu, which was actually a semifreddo (more cold than semifreddo, practically frozen) with sponge cake and cream ice cream. In the end, we paid and left feeling very disappointed.
