07/04/2024: The service leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks brought after the gricia. The first arrived when they still didn't have any dishes on the table. Amatriciana ok, terrible seconds. Inedible Roman artichoke made with an artichoke that is at least 3 days old. Crazy prices

04/02/2024: Recommended by the girl who works in the bar a few steps from this wonderful hotel, I wanted to try Amatriciana and I came across the "barchetta". All good, I must say that I had higher expectations but I left satisfied. They should work a little more on the visual warmth (the environment was too sterile) and pay more attention to the service (I had to get up from the table to remember to bring me a drink and bring me bread) but, probably, one waiter alone he is not able to follow all those tables. Still recommended.

04/04/2024: Authentic village trattoria, immersed in one of the most characteristic and well-kept villages of Sabina, in Posticciola, a hamlet of Rocca Sinibalda. A stone's throw from Lake Turano and from the town's convenient car park you can enjoy homemade pasta made by expert hands accompanied by the most varied condiments and sauces: fettuccine, gnocchi and ravioli, fabulous and served in abundance. The starters were delicious. I wasn't able to enjoy the main courses and side dishes because I was full from the generosity of the mixed starter and the ravioli filled with ricotta and mountain herbs with a simple sauce which I recommend. But I'll be back. Super convenient account, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

18/11/2023: A thin and crunchy pizza, with good quality toppings and a good choice of beers (including craft ones). Possibility of eating outdoors with useful space also for children. The bar also offers a good choice of bitters, liqueurs and the aperitif is also valid.

23/03/2024: Cozy place in the heart of Rieti. Kindness and familiarity, being approachable and within everyone's reach, make for true identity. There isn't a lot of choice, but everything is made by them. The pasta was overcooked, but the tiramisu was exceptional! Low prices

03/04/2024: Cozy and warm restaurant in Stimigliano. Typical and homemade dishes, very tasty and well cooked. Excellent pizzerelli and grilled meat which is cooked in the huge fireplace in the room. Nice and friendly service although a little slow.

06/04/2024: We are coming from Rome and were looking for where to stop for dinner. We found this little place by chance. It was all booked but the guy we spoke to did us a great favor by giving us a table. We took the mix of bruschetta, exceptional, and then 2 pizzas, a Norwegian one and a pistachio and burrata mortadella. Both fantastic. Excellent value for money

01/04/2024: A beautiful Easter Monday thanks to quality, customer care, courtesy, professionalism and competence! Filippo has surrounded himself with excellent collaborators who make the most of the efforts made by the kitchen to prepare quality dishes with excellent raw materials. It wasn't easy with the Easter Monday crowd, there rain arrived suddenly and a fixed menu, but Filippo and his team managed to manage the situation and satisfy the requests of all my guests, both the grandparents and the girls! 31/03/2024: Friendly staff, quick service, good quality of products and preparation of dishes. But what makes it all really pleasant is the location. A meadow of daisies, a pond, armchairs and carpets where you can relax with pleasant background music. Thanks for the hospitality to all the staff.
