23/03/2024: Excellent grilled sheep on the grill and special side dishes. Very kind people and a nice environment despite the restaurant being in a remote place where we arrived during a motorcycle tour. I don't give the 5 star because the price was a little above average for each course.

11/03/2024: I discovered this place at the suggestion of some friends and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. At a fixed price (€28) this very rustic location surrounded by greenery offers a complete menu, from starters to dessert, entirely made up of local and genuine products. The courses are fixed but varied: starting from the appetizer I was able to taste a selection of cured meats and cheeses, battered and grilled vegetables, bruschetta, plated pizza, beans. The first, however, is the main reason why this place deserves the best when it comes to food: I enjoyed some of the best gricie of my life. As if that wasn't enough, for the second course they served me a hearty mixed grill with a side of baked potatoes. To complete the lunch, wine, coffee, bitters and homemade dessert. The only flaw of this place is, perhaps, the total lack of signs that allow you to reach it if you don't have a navigator. They only accept reservations but if you are not aware of the fixed menu formula you may be a little confused because no waiter will inform you of how it works upon your arrival and will start serving the appetizers.

06/04/2024: Restaurant located in the historic center of Rieti with the possibility of parking in the main square (time disc - leaving the license plate with the owner will avoid fines for entering the restricted traffic zone)....good and very tasty dishes made with excellent raw materials.... Strongozzi with white sausage sauce and aromatic herbs, meatloaf with raisins (cooked for 107 years) to finish with a tricolor donut with cream, cream and chocolate... A final gentian completes an excellent lunch with a nice final bill (everything including a quarter of local red wine 33 euros)

I gave it 4 stars although I would have liked to be able to give it 3.5 for the service which really makes you want to not to eat due to the slowness, I hope these criticisms will be taken into consideration, also because it is a restaurant to be envied. 24/02/2024: Enchanting place, very quiet, surrounded by nature, immense and silent mountains, a small village, for those who want to get away from the noise of the capital, about 25 km from Rieti, a stone's throw from Lake Salto for those who want to find the taste of enchanting and quiet walks in nature, to be strictly respected and preserved. A farmhouse managed in a simple and genuine way by the young and friendly owners, with carefully prepared food at the moment, with ingredients of own production, to taste the soup with spelled and lentils, you just have to sit and wait for what arrives, decided on the day. ....including the gentian at the end of the meal, artisanal and original, all served next to a large, warm fireplace If you want to rest for the night, there are three beautiful rooms available, and if you are not used to absolute silence, this place is not for you......🤩😍😘

26/12/2023: Pro: 1 ottimo cibo è ottimo beverage 2 posizione bella, è possibile ammirare una piccola vista sul campo da golf vicino 3 servizio disponibile e forse un pochino malinconico (a prima vista) però efficiente Contro: 1 essendo situato su dislivello notevole, la strada non è illuminata bene 2 a gusto personale, nella zona del parcheggio deve essere curato di più il lato estetico per essere eccellente nonostante il ristorante sia premiato gambero rosso 2022 Overol: Bella location, cibo squisito, porzioni giuste, materie prime eccellenti, secondo me da migliorare il lato di parcheggio auto. Tutto davvero bello e gustoso

Filippo has surrounded himself with excellent collaborators who make the most of the efforts made by the kitchen to prepare quality dishes with excellent raw materials. It wasn't easy with the Easter Monday crowd, there rain arrived suddenly and a fixed menu, but Filippo and his team managed to manage the situation and satisfy the requests of all my guests, both the grandparents and the girls! 31/03/2024: Friendly staff, quick service, good quality of products and preparation of dishes. But what makes it all really pleasant is the location. A meadow of daisies, a pond, armchairs and carpets where you can relax with pleasant background music. Thanks for the hospitality to all the staff.

06/02/2024: After a walk in Casperia with my partner they direct us to this little house on the road and surrounded by greenery. Excellent, very home-made culinary experience. I recommend the beans with pork rinds. Simple starter but with excellent products. Homemade cuisine, genuine and plentiful, accompanied by the friendliness of the managers. Praise goes to the very young Giuliano who knows how to manage the room very well. 27/02/2024: Frequentiamo questo locale da 20 anni, il proprietario non ha mai abbassato gli standard di qualità e cerca di alzarli sempre più in alto, portandoci sempre a sceglierlo tra le varie offerte del posto. Menù davvero sfizioso, qualità sempre al top, gusti sia ricercati che classici. Tagliate, bistecche, panini, tutto con carne scelta che si fa sentire. Una garanzia per passar benissimo una serata.
