We went on Sunday. We took a fixed fish menu. Abundant but not very good, I expected better given the reviews. I must say that it was very full so I reserve the right to give it another try on a weekday

Always exceeding expectations! Refined and refined cuisine. The preparation of the waiters was pleasant, all of them! Without a doubt my favorite place! The pizza is also of excellent quality... Great Mattia, my favorite chef/pizza chef.

In addition to the fish, spectacular, in addition to the meat dishes, exceptional, the PIZZA, EXCELLENT!!!!!! Abundant seasonings, perfect cooking, tasty and digestible. Usually I don't digest pizza easily... here it doesn't bother me and I enjoy it with great pleasure. Congratulations to Mattia... the chef/pizza chef 😜💪🏻✌🏻

Conosco i proprietari da 30 anni, non hanno mai deluso le mie aspettative. Ristorante molto bello e accogliente. Prezzi onesti e qualità eccellente. Ottimi piatti sia di carne che di pesce, tutto fresco. Spettacolare anche la pizza grazie al cuoco/pizzaiolo Mattia.

Hotel Ristorante Il Castagneto

04/02/2024: Recommended by the girl who works in the bar a few steps from this wonderful hotel, I wanted to try Amatriciana and I came across the "barchetta". All good, I must say that I had higher expectations but I left satisfied. They should work a little more on the visual warmth (the environment was too sterile) and pay more attention to the service (I had to get up from the table to remember to bring me a drink and bring me bread) but, probably, one waiter alone he is not able to follow all those tables. Still recommended.
01/02/2024: Beautiful structure rebuilt and modernized very well. Equipped with a large restaurant room. The room clean and well heated. Very helpful owners.

Trattoria Posticciola

04/04/2024: Authentic village trattoria, immersed in one of the most characteristic and well-kept villages of Sabina, in Posticciola, a hamlet of Rocca Sinibalda. A stone's throw from Lake Turano and from the town's convenient car park you can enjoy homemade pasta made by expert hands accompanied by the most varied condiments and sauces: fettuccine, gnocchi and ravioli, fabulous and served in abundance. The starters were delicious. I wasn't able to enjoy the main courses and side dishes because I was full from the generosity of the mixed starter and the ravioli filled with ricotta and mountain herbs with a simple sauce which I recommend. But I'll be back. Super convenient account, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.
