23/02/2026: An experience to forget. Despite having warned them about the gluten intolerance, they weren't prepared. The children's pasta arrived cold and inedible. Hair was in the potatoes, and the meat, which had been ordered well-done, arrived raw and was then put back on the grill, inedible. Second courses with other side dishes, after a long wait, never arrived and were added to the final bill along with other first courses that were never ordered. The bill was therefore full of errors and overpriced for the quality. 4 cold rigatoni in white sauce for a 2-year-old child €10

28/06/2026: Mrs. Elena is incredibly kind. I give it 5 stars simply for the tranquility and the quality of the food, all simple but intensely flavorful. I highly recommend going there. Dogs are welcome and don't bother me, given that I'm with my dog ​​and two other faithful companions. They don't bother anyone, and their owners are probably good trainers.

22/03/2026: Avoid – shocking bill and zero transparency Two steaks, two side dishes, two beers, and two bruschetta (two simple slices of bread with tomato sauce): €100. An absurd price for absolutely average quality. The meat is decent, but nothing to justify the price. Menu only available verbally and no prices stated: an unacceptable practice that leads to surprise bills. A clear sense of dishonesty, especially towards non-locals. The atmosphere is cold, the table settings are basic, and the service is practically nonexistent. Poor value for money. We won't be returning.

07/04/2026: A fairly strategic location for reaching Lake Turano (Rieti). But the location (Posticciola, a hamlet of Rocca Sinibalda) of this property isn't MAGICAL, but *ENCHANTABLE*, thanks to its meticulous care, thanks to some artists who have transformed this small village into a true gem worth visiting, rich in history and local tradition. The property is managed by the great Gianni. He is remarkable for his simplicity, friendliness, and skill for always being available. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and the bathroom was completely renovated. Breakfast (on the terrace) was DELICIOUS, with a wealth of homemade desserts. Lunch and dinner? What can I say, everything was delicious and plentiful. I also recommend the pizzas and tiramisu. We'll definitely return because we didn't have time to visit all of Posticciola... And it was instantly magical... ❤️

09/07/2026: A brand new hotel, a symbol of Amatrice's rebirth, that I wholeheartedly recommend. The staff is all very friendly, and the chef is both charming and talented. Although the scars left by the earthquake are still visible, the natural beauty of Amatrice and its surroundings has been preserved. This is the first hotel that has been rebuilt in Amatrice. It's completely new and has an amazingly nice staff and chef. Come and visit this area: it is beautiful despite the deep scars left by the earthquake. But the mountains and their beauty are still the same!

27/12/2025: This is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful medieval village. Most charmingly located and offering a stunning view of the valley and the distant Monte Soratte. Excellent cooking, good wine list, very friendly staff. It is absolutely worth the 3-minute detour from the main road. Easy to find and easy to park (free).
