03/05/2026: Located in the splendid setting of Posta, Il Bagatto remains a must-visit for those returning to Rome from the Marche region, offering a refined atmosphere in a medieval village waiting to be discovered. Dinner began with excellent Amatriciana cured meats and enormous, generously seasoned bruschetta cooked in a wood-fired oven. Afterwards, despite owner Giancarlo's recommendation for prestigious Spanish meats, I opted for a Marche cut of beef, of excellent quality and simply perfect cooking. With prompt service and a wine list featuring a wealth of prestigious labels, it was undoubtedly the best tagliata I've ever had: an experience I highly recommend to all lovers of good food.

04/08/2026: Beautiful atmosphere outside, claustrophobic inside but pleasant. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food. Varied and plentiful appetizers. It's always a pleasure to stop for a meal. With coffee, they always serve homemade cantuccini, delicious!!!

The appetizers are rich and appetizing, the first courses perfectly express traditional flavors, and the second courses are tasty and well-prepared. The pizza is surprising for its fragrance and lightness, while the desserts—prepared according to traditional recipes—are the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. Don't miss the hazelnut tozzetti (nocchie), a house staple. Each course reflects attention to detail and a desire to offer an authentic gastronomic experience. Vacunea never disappoints: from the excellent cuisine to the impeccable service, everything exudes confidence and professionalism. If you're in the area, this trattoria is a must-visit.
