16/11/2025: Me, the one who eats coratella! I'm starting this off because I don't eat coratella... Yet here I devoured it, it was divine! A beautiful little restaurant with a breathtaking view of the lake. The food was truly carefully chosen and of excellent quality... I highly recommend it... We'll be back soon, thanks!

26/10/2025: What a discovery! Excellent food. We tried the first courses: polenta with spare ribs, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto, ravioli, gnocchi with mutton sauce, and chestnut and mushroom soup.
The arrosticini were also excellent, and to finish, the wine donuts were served with coffee.
The service was friendly and quick despite the restaurant being quite busy. Highly recommended for Sunday lunch!

22/11/2025: My husband and I were there last Sunday, our table was next to the fireplace, fantastic atmosphere, excellent menu and service, friendly and welcoming staff, highly recommended.
21/11/2025: I went for lunch on Saturday and there is only room for a table with 4 people €38 with a litre of wine for 5 at most 3 portions desserts for 5 a small plate of dry biscuits. At that price I eat fish whole portions the place is nice

I'm writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and indignation regarding the unacceptable situation with my package, which has been stuck at the Fara in Sabina post office for days without any explanation or update.
It's unacceptable for a shipment to remain stuck for so long without anyone taking the responsibility to intervene or at least provide clear information. I've checked the status of the shipment several times, and it's been stuck in the same spot for days, with no progress.
I hope you'll take action to avoid associating Fara in Sabina with the post office "stealing" your packages. Unfortunately, patience has run out.

16/11/2025: The restaurant is refined and welcoming, with a warm, intimate atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
The dishes are meticulously crafted and enhanced by fresh, select ingredients.
We started with a charcuterie board with truly unique flavors, followed by a creamy onion soup with shaved truffle: one of the best I've ever tasted, surprising and memorable.
The dish that struck me most, however, was the crispy suckling pig served on a creamy beetroot soup (if I remember correctly): simply spectacular.
The service was prompt and the prices were average, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients.

11/08/2025: One of the best white pizzas ever. Hot, well-oiled, with just the right amount of salt, and a crunchy center but soft center.
Spectacular.
There's often a line and you have to wait a bit to be served, but we were lucky enough to get the white pizza fresh from the oven (waiting only 5 minutes for it to finish cooking). It's a shame that the bread and pizza often run out; they should increase production a bit during the summer season and on busier days.
In any case, the white pizza is worth the stop!

07/09/2025: Warm welcome, excellent food and advice about what to order. Perfect portion sizes. I especially loved the fettuccine al boscaiolo and the coniglio but everything including the dolci was great. Very picturesque setting too, with good outdoor shade.

22/08/2025: Very good pizza and homemade fried food, kind and helpful staff, standard environment perhaps in need of a bit of freshening up.
10/08/2025: We returned after two years... it was the potato festival, sold out, but they still found us a table. We found the same kindness, the same courtesy. The pizza is thin, with lots of toppings, a real treat. The fried foods are fragrant and light, and the fries are excellent. I'd also like to point out that the prices are the same... Very fair... thanks for the lovely evening.

12/11/2025: A magnificent place with an old-world feel. Excellent and hearty home cooking.
Appetizer: bruschetta with tomato, beans, eggplant, peppers, cured meats, cheese, and a fantastic tripe.
Two enormous baking dishes: one with gricia and the other with amatriciana, both fantastic. Four carafes of house wine. Water, coffee, liqueur, and sweets.
All for the cost of pizza, supplì, and beer in Rome.
An ideal stop for a nice motorcycle ride.
Long live Signora Mimma!

19/09/2025: We’ve been here a few times and the food is great. The people are lovely too. Highly recommend the pizzas (really crispy bases) but also the meat and sides.
24/08/2025: Excellent lunch with friends, attentive and welcoming service. Traditional cuisine prepared with quality ingredients. Near Casperia, a village worth visiting and within walking distance.
An experience to repeat.

24/10/2025: The pizza is too thin and lacking in salt—it's true that salt is unhealthy, but a little doesn't hurt. Furthermore, the place isn't suitable for large groups, as instead of everyone sitting at a table together, they're split up.
13/10/2025: The pizza is truly fabulous and the staff is exquisite. It's a shame there's very little seating, but otherwise it's 5 stars.
