03/06/2026: A hidden gem amidst the long climbs to the restaurant. Once inside, especially if you get a table facing the window, you can admire a breathtaking view that enhances any meal. The service has a family feel, both in its execution and in the "forced menu," as if you were at home; you eat whatever was prepared that day. All these features make this a truly special restaurant, one that left me with wonderful memories and one I will recommend to anyone passing through!
28/03/2026: I haven't been there yet, but I read that they don't accept dogs, and consequently, their owners! Nothing more worthy, so top marks by default, and they'll see us for lunch soon!

02/06/2025: Locale accogliente e d'atmosfera, apparso dal nulla. Vista mozzafiato sugli Appennini da un lato e dall'altro il castello di Collalto sabino. Consigliato vivamente soprattutto per l'accoglienza dei proprietari, persone gentili e di cultura, speriamo di tornare presto😀
