15/03/2024: ENGLISH: Before I give my review, I would like to emphasize that Rome is known for its first-class food prepared from fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, this restaurant completely disappointed us during our vacation. After a lovely day in Rome, we decided to stop here for a meal on our way back to a colleague's. However, both the meat and the fish turned out to be some of the worst dishes I have ever tasted. They were so poorly grilled that they tasted like tough shoe soles. Despite our complaint to the owner, who dismissed the dry meat as a kitchen error, we paid and left the premises. Such incidents should prompt reflection on whether what is served meets customer expectations and if constructive criticism is accepted. Therefore, we cannot recommend this restaurant and instead suggest other establishments that take care of their guests with dedication. 06/01/2024: Characteristic and familiar atmosphere! Excellent welcome always with a smile on the owner's lips. Homemade cuisine, exposed wood oven to admire the professionalism of the pizza makers! Two distinct rooms, one more dedicated to families and the other to young people. Good selection of beers. Totally recommended!

25/01/2024: Immersed in Sabina with a terrace on the hills that makes you dream, excellent cuisine with local delicacies and quality choices! After various dinners with friends we decided to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with a buffet dinner, all excellent with many courses and the tables set up in a Impeccable! Mrs Augusta was exceptional, courteous and helpful! Highly recommended!
