Located in the center of Passo Corese, very easy to reach both on foot and by car. Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff. A great place for groups. I will definitely be back.

Bar pizzeria la torre

26/04/2026: We stumbled upon this bar by chance during our pilgrimage. We received a very warm welcome. The cappuccino ☕️ and croissants 🥐 were outstanding, especially considering the incredible prices. A great start to the rest of our hike 🥾 Highly recommended 😋👍
26/04/2026: I knew it as a wonderful pizzeria, but today I discovered it's also an exceptional restaurant. A delicious lunch—not the usual fare, but exquisite and original recipes, excellent quality, and incredibly affordable—unbelievable! I couldn't have found a better place to celebrate my retirement! Thank you for being here! Francesco!

La Taverna Del Tiranno

03/05/2026: We arrive in a convenient parking lot, surrounded by breathtaking greenery and peaceful animals. We enter the perfect location, as do the welcoming service, and the dishes and wines, from appetizer to dessert, are exquisite and beautifully presented. The gluten-free option is highly appreciated, along with the poetic warm bread, fried foods, and more... See you soon...
27/04/2026: If you are anywhere in the Sabina, do not miss La Taverna Del Tiranno. This was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Italy. We started with the Jewish-style meatballs—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. One of the standout dishes was a green spaghetti with friarielli and Cantabrian anchovies, finished with something delicately crumbled on top—completely unique, incredibly flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The pizzas (Ramolaccia and “Tasty One”) were outstanding: perfectly cooked, creative, and packed with flavor. There were also plenty of thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options, and the vegetable medley we ordered was fresh, vibrant, and clearly prepared with care. Dessert sealed it—an exceptional tiramisu and a panna cotta with caramel that was silky and unforgettable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. It feels deeply personal, like every dish matters and every guest is genuinely welcomed. You can taste the passion in the food and feel it in the experience. Highly recommended.
