I wasn't familiar with this restaurant personally, but I had heard great things about it. The plus was that it opened on Monday. We organized a graduation dinner here and were impressed with everything. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and ready to help you choose the dishes, which were carefully prepared. The ingredients were very fresh and the mix of balanced flavors was exceptional. The wine list was also excellent, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I handled everything via phone and WhatsApp, as I don't live in the area. I had asked if it was possible to put a couple of flowers on the table, and once we arrived, I found a beautifully set table with a red runner and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome the birthday boy! What can I say? An unexpected touch of kindness. The cake was also delicious. They directed me to their trusted pastry shop. Mrs. Sara was extremely kind and helpful... we exchanged WhatsApp messages and voice messages, and the cake was excellent and beautifully decorated, as agreed. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back! THANK YOU for everything!

05/07/2026: I went with my family for pizza. The pizzas were delicious, as were the appetizers. The view is stunning. I recommend arriving a little early to enjoy the sunset.

04/07/2026: We were passing through the area for an evening. We were looking for pizzerias to have dinner at and found the best one. Nord-est is located in a house on the road to the village of Labro. The outdoor tables occupy the garden, which has incredible views of the lake. We arrived early without a reservation and they very kindly gave us a table. Everything is excellent: the service, the facilities, and the food. They served us a typical local appetizer, and for our main course, we ordered pizza. Everything was delicious! It was also generous and reasonably priced! I recommend it 100%. It's a shame we don't know anyone in the area to send them to enjoy it as much as we did!

10/07/2026: Don't go unless you're fluent in Italian. It was my 1st stop in Italy after 8 days in France. I don't speak either language, but own a home in the Sibillini mountains. I expected to be treated poorly in France for my lack of proficiency but wasn't at all. That's why i was so shocked to be treated so poorly by their staff. In my 4 years of working through Google translate in Italy, I've never been treated like that.

27/04/2026: If you are anywhere in the Sabina, do not miss La Taverna Del Tiranno. This was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Italy. We started with the Jewish-style meatballs—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. One of the standout dishes was a green spaghetti with friarielli and Cantabrian anchovies, finished with something delicately crumbled on top—completely unique, incredibly flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The pizzas (Ramolaccia and “Tasty One”) were outstanding: perfectly cooked, creative, and packed with flavor. There were also plenty of thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options, and the vegetable medley we ordered was fresh, vibrant, and clearly prepared with care. Dessert sealed it—an exceptional tiramisu and a panna cotta with caramel that was silky and unforgettable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. It feels deeply personal, like every dish matters and every guest is genuinely welcomed. You can taste the passion in the food and feel it in the experience. Highly recommended.
