Wow, every time I’m close to Sabina I come to this restaurant, family owned simple service. The foods are to die for at a Ma and pie price and I just had Real with like a Hunter sauce over mashed potatoes and then I had a salad on the side that was out of this world and before that I had pasta dish that I wish I could get in the states and I’d pay three times the amount that they charge here

Excellent restaurant in the centre of Collevecchio, very kind and helpful staff who make you feel at home, impeccable and extravagant food almost like a modern work of art, small and welcoming atmosphere

The atmosphere is intimate, welcoming, and refined. The welcome and friendliness are excellent. We discovered this place purely by chance during an unplanned detour. After trying the various dishes and the more interesting options, we appreciated every single detail of the dishes, from the presentation to the flavor and sophistication. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Excellent value for money.

Truly delicious dishes: a special mention for the pumpkin sauce, exceptional. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, with lovely background music. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

18/04/2026: Excellent trattoria. We tried: gnocchi with wild boar ragù, ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato sauce, and lamb chops. All excellent. We were impressed by the speed, considering the restaurant was packed. The bathroom was fine. The staff were friendly.

04/05/2026: I went to this restaurant in Amatrice with my friends on May 1st to eat and it's the second time I've been there. Valerio and his staff are great and kind. The dishes are generous, from the appetizers to the desserts.
