18/05/2025: Passing through Rome, for the first time in this restaurant for two: the food is certainly very good, but the wait for the service is very long. Long wait also at the cash register, I had to go and look for the waiter who served us to know the table number, at the request of the cashier. Once he found out, the young gentleman, who had rudely come to the cash register, probably an owner or manager, had disappeared, so another wait... this was my experience, but given the awards obtained for the restaurant and the prices of the dishes, it would be better to pay more attention to these aspects...

13/05/2025: Locale molto bello. Un'ottima selezione di carni, e piatti cucinati davvero bene, si vede che lo chef ha esperienza e bravura. Il personale è molto educato, e attento ai bisogni del cliente. E' uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti.

23/05/2025: Prices totally out of context: 1 water, 1/2 glass of red, 1 small plate of ham (sad), 1 small plate with 7-8 pieces of various cheeses (100-150g maximum), 1 offal, 2 tagliolini with broad beans, without bacon or anything else: 74 Euro. (period)

01/05/2025: First time at the Locanda del Poeta. As emerges from all the reviews, even the negative ones, the environment, I confirm, is truly suggestive: large green lawn, with a pond, all very well kept. Excellent food, everything, both the first courses, not banal and very tasty, and the second courses (mention for the shin!); The desserts are also excellent. The surprise, however, is in the service: May 1st, packed place, many guys at work, but it's obvious that we were willing to wait. We waited a bit between the first and second courses, they noticed it and even offered us a bottle of wine apologizing for the wait. We will definitely be back again. Appropriate bill for good food.

20/05/2025: Very cute, welcoming, old-fashioned trattoria, in the historic center of Leonessa, in a wonderful corner. Classic, genuine, and above all cheap cuisine! Everything was good! Even the dessert, the zuppa inglese, was exquisite! The service was excellent, the people were friendly, nice and above all smiling, not at all harsh to our 1000 requests. What can I say, it's a place that deserves to be seen and believed!

18/05/2025: For a good pizza, always here! No need to book, but for sure on Saturday night you have to wait a bit for a table! It's normal and doesn't cause us any problems; the welcoming environment and the staff are always fast and courteous.

11/05/2025: Posto semplice e delizioso immerso nel verde, con qualche gioco per i bimbi che possono divertirsi stando all’aperto. Toilette immacolata, carta del menu’ limitata a ciò che è disponibile, abbiamo provato mix di bruschette molto buone, tonnarelli con guanciale e carciofi, caserecce con le fave (un pochino indietro di sale). Le polpette erano perfette e anche il semifreddo delizioso. In sei con due buone bottiglie di vino, 3 mix di bruschette, 2 antipasti, 5 primi, 3 secondi, 2 frutta, 2 dolci, acqua, 1 passito, 6 caffè abbiamo speso 45€ a persona. Servizio perfetto. Da ritornarci!

30/04/2025: Farmhouse surrounded by greenery, family run, really kind and helpful, we stayed there for a birthday, the rooms need a bit of tidying up, the details are a bit lost but nothing that cannot be remedied, good food, very nice place... it's nice to see a family collaborating in the family business... thank you very much for your availability and kindness!!

23/02/2025: We went for lunch today, found it by chance and were happy to have met him... we had a great time, Lorena and her children were very kind and friendly, simple as we like it, homemade and delicious food from appetizer to dessert, plentiful and the price was also good😁😜...place in the midst of beautiful nature, peace....I highly recommend it, I can't wait to go back 🥰😋❣️ thanks Lorena!

12/04/2025: Now I'm at home at San Francesco, punctually, with friends, we leave Rome, specifically to go and eat fish at San Francesco...excellent place, welcoming, well looked after, very kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent cuisine...it's really worth it...today for lunch I'll be back at San Francesco with my old friends....I RECOMMEND IT

27/03/2025: Posto molto bello. Location rustico ma molto in tono con il luogo. Si può mangiare all'interno o all'esterno. Io con i miei due pastori tedeschi ho mangiato fuori. Cibo sano , del luogo e ben cucinato. Da brivido gli antipasti con coratella e lenticchie a farla da padrone. Primo ho preso fettuccine hai funghi porcini , secondo abbacchio e patate , 1 in due perché eravamo ormai sazi. Un vino rosso della casa veramente buono. Prezzi accettabilissimi. Per i dolci abbiamo desistito.N.B. hai miei cani il cameriere , senza che glielo chiedessi, ha portato una piccola bagnarola di ossi con un po dicarne ancora sopra, oltre ad una ciotola di acqua. Loro hanno gradito

01/05/2025: Osteria created from the rooms on the ground floor of an old building in the center of Antrodoco: well looked after and clean. We started with an appetizer with local cold cuts to whet the appetite. Excellent first courses: ravioli with asparagus and spaghetti with cheese and pepper. The second courses are also 10, we took pork stingo and sweet and sour baked suckling pig (off the menu). The millefeuille with Chantilly cream is also delicious.

30/11/2024: Passing through the area again, I remember a stop in November 2021 together with friends in this beautiful place, enjoying truly good dishes with truly genuine products. Very nice and welcoming owners. A very pleasant memory!!

05/11/2024: From Alta Montagna Bio you must come to feel in direct contact with nature! The accommodations are welcoming and comfortable and the welcome that Katia and her daughters reserve for you is the added value that you will no longer be able to do without. I come here often and I'm always happy to come back.
