18/04/2026: Maybe it was Easter Monday, but there was a lot of confusion at the tables. Dishes meant for other tables kept arriving, and we all ate at different times (there were 6 of us, 3 and 2 of whom had the same dish). The location was very beautiful, the food was good, especially in some areas (meat), but the "Roman" dishes weren't the best (the carbonara didn't seem to have an egg, the supplì fell apart, and it didn't taste like supplì). We hadn't gotten the message sent days before that we were fewer, even though they had responded.

02/02/2026: Visited on a Saturday for lunch. Large group with children. They reserved a room for us. Professional, courteous, and attentive service. Excellent, tasty food. Welcoming, well-maintained atmosphere. An experience definitely worth repeating!

22/03/2026: Neither good nor bad A family-run local trattoria... a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The dishes we ordered were good, but I wasn't particularly impressed, considering I know them well from having eaten them elsewhere. I would have even given it an extra star if at the end of the meal, when our plates were collected, they had asked us if we were okay with that, or if we'd ordered dessert or unsweetened coffee... but nothing happened, and over ten minutes went by without anyone coming to the table to ask... they just walked right by without even looking at the table. They would have noticed that we tried to get their attention twice to ask... even verbally. But nothing! What a shame.

22/02/2026: I found all the dishes I liked, and a very pleasant surprise: the exquisite artichoke salad! But the Roman-style tripe and polenta with spare ribs were also very good. I particularly appreciated the cook's sparing use of salt. In short, it's worth trying.

11/04/2026: Truly a beautiful and very quiet place. Dishes are prepared the old-fashioned way, without too many frills. Delicious food, generous portions, and a varied menu to suit all tastes. The owners are friendly and very approachable. Highly recommended for a few quiet hours away from the hustle and bustle. Dining in the garden will definitely be even more pleasant in the summer. We'll definitely be back soon!

13/11/2025: Birra Del Borgo in this truly captivating industrial location. We bought beer to go and enjoyed a beer-based aperitif on site (an IPA and a blanche to applaud), accompanied by a few olives and some delicious toasted bread. We'll definitely be back to try the food. The guys are great and attentive to their customers.

03/10/2025: Unfortunately, I only had cold burgers... But I didn't think they were bad at all. The coffee was terrible!!!

08/04/2026: Fantastic wait staff. We went with 5 small children, and besides taking care of us, they also cared about them. After 4 years of living in Sabina, I finally got to eat an excellent pizza. The restaurant also offers delicious dishes, everything is clean and accompanied by the friendliness of the staff. We are already customers and will continue to be. Thank you.

07/07/2025: Absolutely one of our new favorite pizza places to visit in Forano-Gavignano. So happy we found it so close to the train station. Owners were very friendly and service was attentive and kind. Even helped me with my Italian. We absolutely love this thin crust pizza whose design is to compliment the toppings and ingredients. The tomato base is just pure fresh tomatoes but the white basis is a soft cheese base to compliment their toppings. The pizza size is huge so ask to split the pizza to give yourself a chance to try all the different styles. On our last visit we also chose the antipasti plate which was a bit different and I loved the combinations they chose! We will definitely be returning and look forward to trying the dolce and gelato - outdoor seating is available too in warmer months.
