12/03/2026: I recently had lunch at Ristorante Acquarella in Trevignano Romano and the experience was impeccable in every way. The restaurant enjoys a splendid location. The atmosphere is evocative and allows you to completely unwind from your daily routine. Finding ample parking in such a sought-after area is a huge plus. The outdoor space is not only functional, but also charming and well-maintained. Despite it being a business lunch, the quality of the dishes was excellent. Fresh ingredients and expertly executed dishes. The staff was prompt and courteous, demonstrating great professionalism in managing the time of those who need to return to work without sacrificing a high-quality meal. Whether for a business meeting or a relaxing moment, Acquarella is a guarantee of quality and courtesy. Highly recommended!

15/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation in the venue's cottage, in a rustic yet elegant room, ideal for those looking for a different kind of evening from the usual chaotic events, enjoying a unique atmosphere. The appetizers were incredible and the first courses delicious; the owner, Andrea, recommended a cheesecake base with crème brulee for dessert, a true delight. Overall, the service was excellent; the staff paid attention to every detail throughout the evening. I will definitely be back to experience that welcoming atmosphere and enjoy the good food. The only downside was that the children at the party ended up paying for their dinner as if they were adults. Otherwise, the evening went exactly as I had imagined!!!

29/03/2026: Perfect evening at La Foresta Restaurant 🌿 Truly excellent seafood dishes, carefully prepared using the freshest ingredients. The wine selection was also excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes. The service was impeccable: always attentive, present, and never intrusive. We spent a wonderful evening with friends, in a location that consistently lives up to our expectations. A place we'll definitely return to!

15/01/2026: A while back, their pastries and breakfast items were much better. This is my second time here, and I can tell the food isn't fresh. The dry cinnamon rolls were overheated in the microwave, and the incredibly dry Sachertorte sat on the display for ages. It's one of my favorite places. Bring back the quality of your old-fashioned pastries!

29/05/2026: Our whole stay was spoiled by building work being completed at the cinema next to the hotel. On our first morning we were abruptly woken at 7.30am by drilling and hammering that vibrated right through the room. We then faced 2 power cuts whilst getting ready and had to sit in the dark for 10 mins as we didn't want to open the curtains as there were workmen looking in which made us feel very uncomfortable. I complained at reception but was told that the hotel was at full occupancy and they could move us but not until 12 noon. This was not an option as we had booked a tour for this time so we couldn't wait around the hotel all day. We came to Rome to see the sights, not to sit and wait in the hotel for another room. When we returned later that evening we were told by reception that they had spoken to the builders and that they wouldn't start any building work until 9am and if they did start earlier the manager would get the police involved. So we went to bed hoping we could get a lie in. However at 7.45 am the next morning it started again. I rang the receptionist who said they would sort it but the banging never stopped. We got dressed and got out of the room as the constant banging was unbearable. Once again I went to reception to be offered a room for the last night but we were checking out at 6.30am the next day and our stay had already been spoiled. We're not prepared to offer any financial compensation as they offered us another room which we could move to. They were at full capacity so another guest would have had the same problem .Not bothered about their guests just want to fill their hotel.

06/06/2026: I'll start by saying that I wasn't familiar with this MAGICAL place and restaurant, despite having lived in Cerveteri for many years, and my regret is that I wasn't fortunate enough to discover it sooner. Yesterday, June 5th, I was invited by some friends, Alessandro and Rosanna, who took me to this excellent restaurant. I should point out that despite its central location, the location offers a sense of serenity and privacy, far from the noise and chaos of downtown Ladispoli. The place is clean—in fact, super clean and well-kept, elegant, and above all, meticulously crafted. Now, however, it's time to give Mr. Pasquale 100 stars, more than the available five. Last night, my wife Anne and I discovered this excellent restaurant for the first time, and I loved it so much that I returned tonight with my son-in-law Ugo and my grandson Alessio. The food is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, a pure and exceptional delight for the palate. The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, and above all, the dishes are truly meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. You leave the table feeling lighter than when you sat down because the quality of the food is truly excellent. Usually, you leave restaurants with the sometimes almost overwhelming smell of cooking, but here at Pasquale's, you enjoy the aromas of the food as you eat, and there's no lingering cooking odor, a tangible sign of the high quality of the products served. Compliments to the young head waiter, Ginevra, a polite, thoughtful, and sweet woman who knows how to pamper guests and make them feel at home. The kitchen is open, spotlessly clean, and tidy, from which you can admire the mastery of Chef Pasquale, owner of this quaint and beautiful restaurant. A special thanks goes to the lady in the kitchen, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, who works so elegantly with the talented Chef Pasquale to produce these delicious dishes. If you're in Ladispoli, Cerveteri, or anywhere along the coast and want to eat excellent food and the freshest fish, then don't hesitate, go to Pasquale's because, in my opinion, it's the BEST. 15/05/2026: A historic restaurant offering excellent quality for both fish and meat. The raw fish is a guarantee of the highest quality. High-quality service and a pleasant indoor and outdoor atmosphere, with parking in the courtyard, are also highly recommended. Also highly recommended for special occasions.
