I'll start by saying that I wasn't familiar with this MAGICAL place and restaurant, despite having lived in Cerveteri for many years, and my regret is that I wasn't fortunate enough to discover it sooner. Yesterday, June 5th, I was invited by some friends, Alessandro and Rosanna, who took me to this excellent restaurant. I should point out that despite its central location, the location offers a sense of serenity and privacy, far from the noise and chaos of downtown Ladispoli. The place is clean—in fact, super clean and well-kept, elegant, and above all, meticulously crafted. Now, however, it's time to give Mr. Pasquale 100 stars, more than the available five. Last night, my wife Anne and I discovered this excellent restaurant for the first time, and I loved it so much that I returned tonight with my son-in-law Ugo and my grandson Alessio. The food is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, a pure and exceptional delight for the palate. The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, and above all, the dishes are truly meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. You leave the table feeling lighter than when you sat down because the quality of the food is truly excellent. Usually, you leave restaurants with the sometimes almost overwhelming smell of cooking, but here at Pasquale's, you enjoy the aromas of the food as you eat, and there's no lingering cooking odor, a tangible sign of the high quality of the products served. Compliments to the young head waiter, Ginevra, a polite, thoughtful, and sweet woman who knows how to pamper guests and make them feel at home. The kitchen is open, spotlessly clean, and tidy, from which you can admire the mastery of Chef Pasquale, owner of this quaint and beautiful restaurant. A special thanks goes to the lady in the kitchen, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, who works so elegantly with the talented Chef Pasquale to produce these delicious dishes. If you're in Ladispoli, Cerveteri, or anywhere along the coast and want to eat excellent food and the freshest fish, then don't hesitate, go to Pasquale's because, in my opinion, it's the BEST. Ladispoli's favorite restaurant. Good food, espresso, great service, and reasonable prices.

It's always a pleasure to return here... Pasquale and his wife are so skilled at preparing and cooking artichokes that for me that alone makes the pleasant trip from Rome worthwhile. This time we had a mixed seafood appetizer, all excellent with well-defined flavors, a tagliolini with shrimp and artichokes, very good, a magnificent grilled sea bream garnished with artichokes (for that alone I'd go back every day), and of course the Roman-style and Jewish-style artichokes. In short, it was clear that it's artichoke season and you have to take advantage of it. The dining room is small but the tables are well-spaced, and the service is very fast and friendly. Reservations are recommended.

Great experience, friendly staff, and prices reflect the quality and freshness of the fish. The food and products were excellent, both in quality and appearance. Overall, excellent.
