17/07/2025: I was torn between reviewing this "gem" of a restaurant or, as in all special situations, being selfish and keeping this restaurant's knowledge to myself and my friends. Then a birthday came up, and we decided to go to I Conti because, given the affection I have for the birthday boy, I wanted everything to be memorable. The first thing to say is that the owners, Mrs. Rosanna and her husband Fabrizio, are capable, while always maintaining a professional approach, of making you feel like a welcome guest, the kind of person who, when he comes to our home, we would do anything to make him happy...that's how they are...and we know that "pampering" and fantastic food are always a highly appreciated and sought-after combination. Since this review comes after many lunches and dinners spent there, I want to make it good, honest, and structured. Let's start with the menu: always the freshest, seasonal, and top-quality dishes, and consequently (and rightly so) the dishes, refined in their apparent simplicity, follow the changing seasons... and our artists, Rosanna and Fabrizio, present us with this rich menu. Among the appetizers, seafood, raw fish (prime oysters), all lightly seasoned with extra virgin olive oil to allow the palate to distinctly experience every aroma the sea offers, tender cod masterfully fried and topped with slices of fresh truffle (and much more). The first courses are truly mind-blowing (strictly homemade pasta) and prepared with the flair of culinary genius... and this leaves you struggling to choose the dish you want to reward yourself with, perhaps after a day's work!... Then, with Rosanna's advice, everything becomes clear, and the choice you make will be the perfect one for that dinner. Among the main courses, I'd like to mention two must-haves: the Catalan-style lobster (a dream!) or, for those who prefer meat, the fantastic pork shank. Now I'll move on to two aspects that make the difference in a restaurant: desserts and the wine cellar. Rosanna, the queen of desserts, all conceived, crafted, and decorated by her, to which she dedicates entire afternoons to ensuring her customers always find the freshest and most innovative treats. Now I turn to Fabrizio and thank him for the care, knowledge (he's a sommelier), and professionalism with which he recommends a wine... in so many lunches and dinners, he has always interpreted exactly what I wanted at that moment. He takes great care to keep his wine cellar always capable of satisfying even the most refined palates, and each time he tries new wineries (always top-notch) to reward even the young winemakers... not to mention the spirits, bitters... and if by chance you ask for a grappa or cognac, which he doesn't have, if he can, the next time he'll have it for you. I'll close by apologizing for being long-winded, but I want to say one last thing: perhaps the best feeling when you leave I Conti is the serenity you feel in this place! 18/05/2025: Found us a table for 4 at short notice on a Saturday evening. Excellent from start to finish. Quality ingredients, imaginative dishes created by the chef served by his wife. We enjoyed anti pasta de la casa , excellent home made foi gras, tasty pasta dishes including scampi sauce with homemade pasta. The duck main was very tasty. Well selected wines. Very reasonably priced. The restaurant was filled with locals. Always a good sign.

17/05/2025: We stopped at this gourmet restaurant for our last evening in Rome, and we were delighted to discover it. An intimate place away from the background noise. Truly excellent cuisine featuring high-quality ingredients, such as the sea bream carpaccio with hazelnuts and basil oil and the foie gras with onion compote, were mouthwatering. Tender beef fillet served with mashed potatoes, cooked to a desired medium rare, which was perfectly executed. Excellent duck breast with two glasses of dry white wine to round off the evening. Go there with your eyes closed!!! The best restaurant we visited in Rome, far from the tourist traps. Even if the bill isn't cheap, your palate will thank you. Thank you for the welcome and the wonderful, delicious, and peaceful time we spent.

05/07/2025: So I'm not a carnivore, I prefer fish much more, we came to eat here because many people had told me about it and I must say that I was extremely impressed, the place is very suggestive and the food is excellent and first choice. Surely the price is a little higher than other restaurants but for the quality it offers it is very fair. I will really go back very willingly.

13/06/2025: From the outside you are not very arrived, the thing that I appreciated most is the availability of parking ..... inside everything changes with a very charming atmosphere between the forms of cheese, liqueurs and a wine shop very rich in wines from all over Italy. We tasted an excellent Montepulciano marramiero, with very alternative but good appetizers. I moved on to the second and pleasantly found rabbit cacciatore, my favorite dish ... very good. The price seemed exaggerated to me .... but the rabbit 🐰 satisfied me very much .......

30/07/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend. Excellent vegan options, from appetizers to dessert! I had vegan fried food and pinsa with vegan mozzarella, everything was excellent.

06/06/2025: We came in for a quick lunch to fit into a very short lunch break. The host immediately reassured us that we would have time to do everything in an hour. And so it was, there was also time for coffee and dessert. The apple crumble (cooked with a little cinnamon) with ice cream was very good. We had a nice plate of pasta with shrimp, cherry tomatoes and courgette flowers. The other person had a tuna tataki. Pasta cooked perfectly, good, quality shrimp and cherry tomatoes. High tataki, thickly sliced, a nice slice of fresh tuna cooked perfectly for a soft result.

13/05/2025: Very nice inside, you can also eat outside. We were welcomed warmly and even though it was a Monday night, the place was full. Inviting menu, I can recommend the parmigiana with pistachio grains as an appetizer, simply fabulous!

14/07/2025: Rachele and her staff did an outstanding job to make our dinner one of the best we have ever had! My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we had our entire family with us, 9 all together. She personally greeted us and gave me a bouquet of beautiful flowers! We were seated in their gorgeous private dining room. All of the dinner selections, along with the wine pairings, were outstanding and the service was impeccable! It was a very special evening and we would highly recommend this restaurant, particularly if you have a special occasion!

06/07/2025: We celebrated a family holiday there with friends. We were greeted very warmly and served at the highest level. Firstly, a very beautiful interior. Secondly, very tasty cuisine. Thirdly, professional staff. The bartender and waiters did everything so that we left satisfied and they succeeded.

26/07/2025: My partner and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It looked so good from the outside, we decided to try it. We were pleased; the cured meats appetizer was excellent, as were the amatriciana and tiramisu. The staff was welcoming and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

10/07/2025: Some dinners are not talked about. They are kept, like beautiful secrets. But something inside me wants to say thank you today. And it does so by writing. All'Oro is not a restaurant. It is a theater of taste, where every dish is a scene and every bite is a pause, a breath, a pang of emotion. I chose the tasting menu. Six courses. Each different, yet part of the same story. The buttons in dry broth were poetry, a delicate balance between memory and invention. The "carbonara summary" reawakened something in me that I had forgotten: the power of simplicity reinvented. The service was impeccable, but never cold. I felt listened to, guided, welcomed. The sommelier knew how to describe the wine as if it were a memory, not a bottle. And in every gesture there was care. In every glance, respect. The atmosphere is silent, muffled, intimate. A perfect place for those seeking a moment alone, or with someone they truly love. The light is soft, and seems designed to let the flavors and eyes speak for themselves. I left in silence. Comossa. Grateful. Sometimes words aren't necessary to understand that you've experienced something extraordinary. But today I use them anyway, to say thank you. Thank you to those who create with love. 18/05/2025: It was a fantastic tour! Michelle is an amazing guide, very experienced and knowledgeable sommelier! Fell in love with Frascati and her wine of course! Definitely a highlight of my Europe trip!

11/05/2025: The property was nice and the wine was good. The organizer was great with providing detailed directions on how to access the tour. The tour itself was far more simple than I expected based on other reviews, and particularly for the price. We tasted 4 wines, had a simple pasta lunch, and our guide briefly showed us the wine cave.
