Bencó In Roma

We really liked it. Delicate flavors, perfect combinations. We shared a starter, then each our second course, two side dishes and two final bitters: around 45 euros. Portions not very abundant so perhaps, considering that I didn't even take the wine, perhaps slightly expensive. However, I prefer to spend more, taking more care in the choice of raw materials and flavour. Very good savory cannolo, excellent calamari, Roman-style artichoke that needs reviewing a bit.

Everything is really good. But be careful to choose the traditional pastas as cheese is not for everyone

The owner's hospitality is accompanied by a careful selection of raw materials. A note of merit for the first courses, with a Mediterranean and contemporary flavour. Highly recommended

The plates were hot and the food was of great quality. The price was reasonable for what it offered. The service was quick as well. I definetely recommend it. The place was empty when we were there on a saturday lunch, couldnt really understand why, so I would suggest you to try it at night if possible.

Very nice, well-kept location. Professional and kind service, just a little more attention is missing in the explanation of the dishes. Good food.

Abbiamo cenato in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Il ristorante è molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottima l'insalata di mare molto buona oltre che "colorata" con le diverse salsine di accompagnamento (soprattutto buona quella al bergamotto). Polpo alla luciana molto ben fatto e presentato. Particolare menzione alla guancia davvero tenera che si sposava benissimo con la bieta burro e parmigiano. Come dolce abbiamo preso un gianduiotto molto cremoso e il tiramisù rivisitato con una terra al cacao davvero notevole. I prezzi sono in linea con il servizio, il posto e soprattutto con la qualità dei prodotti.

Non ne sono sicuro, ma credo che questo ristorante dal nome misterioso sia una nova entrée nella guida Michelin. Non sono sicuro che sia nuova, non che sia sulla guida. È Nel quartiere prati, in zona ricchissima di indirizzi per tutti i gusti. Ho preso due piatti molto tradizionali, insalata di mare e amatriciana, ed entrambi erano rielaborati in maniera personale è non invasiva da parte dello chef. Ho mangiato bene. Taci. Parliamo dei difetti. Il primo, irrisolvibile, è la collocazione del ristorante sotto il piano stradale. Il secondo, la musica fastidiosa, si risolve facilmente. Il terzo, ve ne potrà parlare il comico Battista, sono le porzioni un po’ scarsine. I piatti giganteschi con i buchi al centro che contengono il cibo potrebbero essere riempiti un po’ di più. Ultimo problema, che io sto sopportando sempre meno, è la raccolta di dati. A me dà già abbastanza fastidio il menu qr code, ma se per accedere è pure necessario registrarsi con telefono e mail oltre il nome io mi indispongo. Provate a rimediare almeno a questo. Tornerò, vedrò se mi avete dato ascolto.
