Tonight, August 21st, I came to eat here with my parents, Tommaso and Rossella. The Taiere della Fraschetta was exceptional, the traditional Roman first courses were wonderful, and the suckling pig was amazing. The owner, Patrizio, aka "Er Patata," is knowledgeable and friendly, and he's actually from Naples. Signora Loretta pampered us. Heading back up north from vacation? Fraschetta dar Patata is worth the trip off the highway.
Here, you'll experience something far beyond your average meal. The host and his laugh will win you over with his "State caalmi, nu ve aggritate..." (Stay calm, come on, bring some more!), before overwhelming you with an antipasto that's out of this world.
Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Roman cuisine!

Very friendly, fun atmosphere, and the potatoes are top-notch. The carbonara is delicious, and the suckling pig is exquisite.

Good promise. Friendly, jokey, Roman-style fun. The porchetta and mussels were good (an odd pairing). The first courses were disappointing. Too salty. The wine biscuits and the amaro were good.

A truly fantastic experience! Dar Patata is a true Roman fraschetta: a quaint, welcoming, and informal atmosphere, where you can eat truly well and in abundance.
Excellent porchetta di Ariccia, flavorful and crispy to perfection, rich appetizers, and traditional Roman first courses prepared to perfection. Generous portions, quality ingredients, and a friendly, helpful staff.
A genuine place, without too many frills, where you come above all to eat well and feel good. Excellent value for money.
If you're in the Cassino/Cervaro area, it's definitely worth a stop. We'll definitely be back! 👏🍷🐷

Better than at home! Here you don't choose what to eat from the menu. They offer a custom menu. More than just a dinner, it's an experience to be fully enjoyed. Humor and fun are guaranteed. Everything is truly excellent and homemade. Special attention is paid to children.
