Oh, how long it's been since I've seen my dear friend Lisa, whom I've known since we were young girls, chasing our dreams with our heads in the clouds. And we remained friends, for so many years that thinking about it makes me dizzy. Every now and then, in the little holes of the family network, we manage to carve out a little corner for ourselves, to reconnect and rewind the tape of life.
So here we are, near Via Magna Grecia, where she has a Sunday engagement and I lived for many years, choosing a little spot for a bite to eat, interspersed with conversation.
We spot a Chinese restaurant, but the interior is so shabby that, laughing, we run away. Then, since we both have a love for Sardinia, we find the ideal center in this little restaurant called "La Posada" (and we gladly settle in...) where she had eaten (well) once, who knows when.
We enter, and the very kind restaurateur (who hails from Carbonia, in the Campidano region) assigns us a nice table, all to ourselves, in a still-empty room, then invites us to scan the QR code. "No thanks!" I say, and ask him to give us the house recommendations, as they did in the beautiful old temples without cell phones. Of course, and we begin with the Sardinian cuisine that I love. And the dishes are even better when seasoned with the Sardinian dialect that speaks to me of my beloved island.
A fish salad, gnocchi with sausage, a tiramisu, and a crispy, warm guttiau complete a lovely evening with friends. The bill isn't as salty as the Gallura sea, and so, after paying, we leave the restaurant in the night, happy and bubbly like the water we were served. Go Paris.

Perfect lunch break, salad and excellent fried anchovies. Fried anchovies already cut in half without bones, just the way I like them! Salad cleaned well, good and fresh, and that's not a given! They were very kind! Excellent price!

A truly positive experience: excellent food, good service, and a great location. Spaghetti alla bottarga was superb, and the suckling pig was fantastic. The outdoor seating area (not level) needs some work. The only downside was the desserts, which definitely need improvement.
Fair prices.
Highly recommended.

Back after 3 years, and I wonder why I don't come more often??? Highly recommended..... This is the review from 3 years ago: Back after almost twenty years... the place has improved a lot. Courteous, even friendly, and fast service. Tiziano, the guy who welcomed us, explains the dishes and recommends the wine with a detailed description of their characteristics. Top-notch cuisine!!! Delicious dishes; pasta cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly (spaghetti with clams and bottarga was super, tonnarelli allo scoglio was exceptional), fried food dry and fragrant, the main course (the tuna Cagliari-style) was a riot of aromas... fair price... I had to ask myself a question: why did I wait 20 years to come back???? TOP TOP TOP

Amazing food, always super fresh fish! The fried fish is crispy and plentiful, as are all the other dishes. If you want to eat a truly foodish suckling pig, this is the place! One of the few restaurants where I always feel welcomed and pampered.

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent food.
Every dish is carefully prepared, using quality ingredients, and the grilled fish is excellent.
The only complaint: the tables were too close together, and the place was a bit noisy (it's a Saturday night).
