We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The owner was incredibly kind and ensured we had a peaceful and well-organized evening. The waiters were impeccable, always present and ready to resolve any unexpected issues with a smile. The food, as always, was excellent: incredibly fresh fish and dishes that melt in your mouth. Special thanks to Felice for his availability and kindness; his dedication truly makes the difference. Appreciation also goes to those who work behind the scenes in the kitchen, with passion and care, because every dish reflects commitment and love for this work. We also appreciated the attention to different diets, from lactose-free to gluten-free, handled with ease and professionalism. Keep up the good work👏🏻

What can I say... We were welcomed by Felice, the owner of the restaurant, who is simply delightful. We ate fish, specifically "a rock"; the pasta was perfectly cooked, which is not at all a given, fried food was not oily, light and crispy. A special mention also goes to the appetizers, both for their presentation and flavor, and to the desserts, a true delight to end the dinner. The service was absolutely professional, the waiters were empathetic and very friendly. For lunch or dinner, I highly recommend this place; it was a PLEASANT SURPRISE. Excellent restaurant located in the Gianola Park area. The cuisine is refined, tasty, and light. Each dish has a personal and original touch. If you don't want to rely on the menu, let us recommend it. There's often an off-menu selection that rarely disappoints. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Prices are average for restaurants in the same category.

A restaurant of the highest caliber. I've rarely eaten such a light and crispy mixed fried fish as here; the chef's risotto of the day (with red shrimp, asparagus, and bottarga), the cod trio, and the meagre fillet with almond-flavored potatoes are also top-notch. The desserts are also excellent. Worth considering for a future visit. Update May 14, 2026: This restaurant continues to be a top-notch one, with surprising pairings like the risotto with shrimp and strawberry bisque, paired with raspberry and pecorino ice cream. The mixed fried fish is also top-notch; and to finish, excellent sorbets, like the celery and lime one. It's always a pleasure to return.

Welcoming us was Felice, the owner: a person of rare kindness and warmth, capable of making every guest feel at ease from the first moment. The seafood cuisine is simply exceptional. Every dish deserves top marks, without hesitation. The spicy seafood spaghetti is a masterpiece of balance, where the flavor of the sea blends with a hint of chili pepper that tantalizes the palate without overpowering the freshness of the catch. The mixed fried fish is incredibly light and perfectly crispy. The equally carefully prepared fish main courses confirm the consistent, high-quality cuisine. The wine selection is also noteworthy, offered at more than fair prices and paired well with the dishes. I can't wait to return to Scauri to treat myself to another dinner at Felice. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic seafood, carefully prepared and served with a smile. Rating: 10/10 for every dish.

Eating here feels like home; every time is like the first. Mario pours and transmits his love, passion, and care into every single customer. The food, needless to say, never disappoints. My personal hope is that it will always remain this way: authentic and unique in its simplicity and tradition. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Formia and the surrounding area.
