A delightful restaurant, discovered by chance on our way to Fiuggi. One of the best discoveries of recent years, a restaurant serving traditional dishes with a modern twist. The ingredients, clearly sourced locally, are spectacular and expertly assembled, providing great satisfaction for the palate and the spirit. Speaking of spirit, the restaurant boasts an excellent wine cellar, and the wines we chose to accompany the dishes were truly top-notch. The owners are wonderful and kind people; you can sense the love and care that permeates the entire business. Last but not least, the bill is incredibly fair, a rare thing these days, when we often spend too much for mediocre food. I give everything 5 stars, hoping to return soon for a third time.
