You eat well, you drink even better, and you reclaim your time in an enchanting setting.
Highly recommended for: A romantic dinner, a rejuvenating Sunday lunch, or for anyone who wants to rediscover the authentic flavors of Lazio.

29/03/2026: We booked an experience that included a cooking class, a tour of the winery, and lunch with a tasting of four of their wines. I wasn't familiar with this place, and what can I say... everything was perfect!! Elegant atmosphere, impeccable service, and quality food and wine.

04/04/2026: Poetry! We'd read about other "traditional" places that we tried anyway. Everything here was delicious; the aroma captivated us, so we stopped. For me, the onion and cod is number one, followed by the traditional one. In any case, we tried almost all of them. Spectacular.

What struck me was the variety on the menu, from sandwiches with vegetarian options to very rich and delicious salads. The portions are generous, but above all, I found the quality of the meat to be excellent—everything was truly delicious!

03/03/2026: I really wish we had known about this neighborhood taverna earlier and not on the last day. Homemade food, large portions, excellent prices for its quality. Hospitable people, warm. Family atmosphere. Thank you, we will meet again!
PS. We ordered everything on the menu plus bottled wine (6 people). It cost us 30€ with coffee and dessert and all the basics!

09/01/2026: A lovely family-run restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent overall, and the service is genuinely friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I ordered the mezzemaniche with artichokes, guanciale, and cheese, great flavours, though for my personal taste it was a bit on the dry side. A slightly creamier texture would have taken it from very good to outstanding. Still, a solid choice in Rome and well worth a visit.

10/03/2026: Very nice and spotlessly clean place, welcoming and friendly staff. Stefano, the owner, is a perfect host: kind, friendly, and helpful. This time I had the pizza, which was perfect: crunchy, tasty, and above all light. I promised myself I'd return to try the homemade pappardelle and the other delicacies the restaurant offers.
Highly recommended.
01/01/2026: We had lunch on New Year's Day... excellent experience... delicious food... truly handmade tagliatelle... very tender meat... the owner is very friendly and puts you at ease... We traveled quite a few kilometers... but it was for a walk out of town, but we will definitely be back next time!!

Fixed price €32, with sweet drinks and coffee it comes to close to €50 per person.
Adequate price for the quantity and products.
Highly recommended.

18/12/2025: I've been to this place, it was delicious! I was greeted by a bald guy who was truly welcoming and kind. He showed me to my table, showed me the menu, and recommended a few dishes, which I ultimately chose. I can say I made a wonderful discovery about the food, and best of all, he paired it with a bottle of wine that perfectly complemented all the dishes my partner and I ordered!
I recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in the center of Rome!
15/12/2025: Traditional dishes, carefully prepared and reimagined with a modern twist. I was truly pleasantly impressed. I recommend it.

05/03/2026: The simple and humble location reflects the heart and soul of the Chef, Mr. Luigi, and his partner, who are genuine and very friendly. The service is excellent, and the traditional Roman dishes are exceptional. My two colleagues, our class, and I gave their Carbonara a well-deserved round of applause: it was amazing!!!

A third-generation family-run restaurant serving homemade food with that authentic taste of home.
We ordered a Cacio e Pepe and a Carbonara, both spectacular. For dessert, they recommended the flan they had just made; it was still warm… simply divine.
Even the bread was delicious!

Liver and chicken skewers, all Abruzzo.
The pecorino skewers are top-notch.
The girls are very friendly and provide service.

10/03/2026: This was my first time at this cozy rooftop restaurant, where I had booked three days in advance. The waitress, very professional yet friendly, accompanied us to our table and poured us water while we chose from the menu. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. We had delicious salmon confit, tuna tataki with soy vegetables, and amberjack on buffalo mozzarella cream. The location is elegant, with a small, but well-kept and welcoming terrace. It's very close to the Opera House.
09/03/2026: Edit: went back and had carbonara and steak tagliata also, both delicious. Both lean salty, carbonara can't be helped but you could ask for less Maldon salt on the steak if you prefer (was fine for me as is, just FYI)
It's a busy restaurant - booking is a good idea
Was full when I went, staff offered me to dine at the bar and then moved me to a table once available. Had the pesto pasta and amberjack, both tasty, though I would rate the pasta higher. Fish was a touch over cooked for my liking
Staff spoke English very well. Decor and atmosphere are delightful

11/10/2025: I've brought several groups here with excellent results. Last time, they forgot an order, but they fixed it. The place is small but quiet, and they have a table outside. Please note, they're in the restricted traffic zone.
