12/10/2025: We come to this Ethiopian restaurant in Piazza Bologna very often and we love it! The atmosphere is truly authentic, with attention to detail, and it immediately immerses you in the African atmosphere. The waitresses are also Ethiopian and very friendly, making everything even more authentic. The dishes are flavorful and unique, especially the meat and vegetable dish, truly delicious, served on injera bread. But a thousand points go to their chickpea cream, shirò, and their tuntumu (lentils). The fried appetizers filled with meat and lentils are also a discovery: crispy, tasty, and perfect for starting dinner. There's a wide selection of wines, too. A place I absolutely recommend if you want to try something different and authentic!

11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 13/12/2025: Delicious pizza, fantastic staff, and Flavio, a true pizza artist. We ordered various pizzas, sliced ​​them up like an appetizer, and he created a perfect round pizza with all the varieties we requested. The thin-crust round pizza was also very good, and the vegetables were hot and top-quality. We'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: Abruzzo in the center of Rome. Always fresh mutton skewers Liver and chicken skewers, all Abruzzo. The pecorino skewers are top-notch. The girls are very friendly and provide service.

I was drawn here because my partner is vegetarian, and I have to say the quality is truly excellent. The menu isn't very varied, but it's very original and interesting. The staff is fantastic, attentive, and kind. The place is modest but tastefully decorated, making it suitable for both couples and friends. The space is small, creating a more intimate atmosphere. The desserts are delicious. Personally, I prefer more trattoria-style dishes, including vegetarian ones (carbonara or other, even impact food-style). Prices are average, a little above, but within the quality range. I'd say it's very good, but not my cup of tea.

08/12/2025: We went to this trattoria based on the excellent reviews we read on Google, and well, what can I say? I'd like to leave an excellent one if possible. This place not only feels like home, but you can actually taste it—try it and believe it. My partner and I ordered two pici (Chianina ragù with mushrooms and truffle), three side dishes of sautéed chicory, beans, and roasted peppers (with complimentary bruschetta), and finally cheesecake and panna cotta. Exceptional dishes that taste like Sunday lunch at grandma's. Local, authentic ingredients paired with the unparalleled kindness of the owners, especially the fantastic chef Nadia. Treat yourself and try Lo Spuntino. 5 stars!

30/11/2025: It's been a while since I last ate here, and I had fond memories of the place. The positive feedback has been confirmed, if not increased, for the quality and variety of the dishes. If you're looking for a good sandwich in Monterotondo, Rima is the place to go.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentically Roman: you immediately feel at home here, amidst the aroma of freshly baked pizza and the traditional dishes arriving piping hot at the table. The cuisine is authentic Roman: carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, and grilled main courses, all cooked to perfection, using fresh ingredients and generous portions. The pizzas are thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection, with generous and flavorful toppings. The house wine and desserts are also excellent, making for a perfect end to the meal. The service is quick but never rushed, and the staff is smiling and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect dish. The value for money is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food served. A special thanks to the owner, Roberto, a true master of the house: attentive, friendly, always present in the dining room, and capable of making every guest feel special. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a true, authentic, and heartfelt Roman trattoria-pizzeria.

10/10/2025: We'd spent days deciding where to spend an evening with friends, but we were unlucky; perhaps we just missed the restaurant's one bad night. The cacio e pepe had such a strong salad flavor that it overpowered the flavor of the cheeses and tomato in the amatriciana; it must have just slipped by. The youngest waitress was the kindest person.

22/11/2025: A wonderful restaurant in a historic building formerly belonging to the Chigi family. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. You can dine next to a beautiful old fireplace. The establishment also offers overnight accommodations. I've personally only been inside in the winter, but the outdoor area also offers a beautiful garden. The food is truly excellent, offering both meat and fish dishes. I highly recommend it.
