You can do everything on the website, and requests are answered almost immediately. The place is small, so reservations are required. The atmosphere is welcoming and great. It's quiet, with the tables not crowded together, so you can chat in peace. The gentleman who runs the place is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is excellent. You can sample Apulian specialties. The price is reasonable. I was very satisfied.

They too, without exception, were welcoming, clean, courteous, attentive, and everything beautiful you can think of. All that remains is the food. Do I even need to tell you how it tastes? I hope this comment can be helpful to new mothers, helping them understand the poor management and, above all, the lack of willingness to resolve the issue. I spoke with Cinzia, who I don't know if she's a manager or the owner. Either way, she's the point of contact or a front. I'll go into detail. The choice to attend only once a week on Saturdays, with the option of a one-on-one class, gave me the idea of ​​continuity and the possibility of continuing, because during pregnancy, it's essential to stay connected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Between long weekends, the midwife's absence without a replacement, the children's sports competitions, and the Christmas holidays, we missed a lot of meetings, and since December 13th, we've only seen each other again on January 10th. Is that possible for a pregnant woman? I'd say NO. Poor communication. I learned about a Christmas competition, with no rescheduling, from a girl in the class whose number I luckily have. No one at the gym bothered to notify me or all the other pregnant women by email, phone, or text, nor did they bother to make up the class (due to THEIR own event). They didn't even bother to make us skip all the other days that followed, without even asking if we'd been there. The center was open for other classes on non-holiday days. And what about us? Are we transparent? Ask? Have a class schedule? I feel mocked to hear them say we fully understand the inconvenience, and then not take action, but disappear for days and days without a response from the manager, who is always away on vacation, leaving me/us hanging. We've already paid. There are holidays, after all. To hear Cinzia, the manager, tell me, after the fact, that this isn't a course or lessons, but that I paid for a package + membership to the center. So what do we call it? Hearing me say, "You'll make them up with your son/daughter later..." So, thank you so much, but after you've caused me such a huge problem, do you think I'll sign up again with my son? What was missing? Communication, organization, consideration for a group of people at a fragile time, excuses and fake attentions covered in kindness with no resolution. Because many of us couldn't and won't be able to take advantage of them because we're at the end of our pregnancy. Because I, like the others, have suffered physical damage from the lack of movement. Because for me, this was a gift to get better, and coming twice and then not twice, and coming three times and not a month makes no sense. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that the water is cold when we get in and the app you use is very basic and not very functional. The staff was truly competent, organized, and friendly, and despite the many guests with so many different needs, they didn't put a foot wrong. The location is stunning; unfortunately, it was raining and I didn't have a chance to explore, but the view from my table was truly beautiful. The food was quality: I'm a vegetarian and I ate only good, elaborate dishes, with top-quality ingredients, without compromising on the omnivorous menu. I can't wait to return. 17/03/2026: All they had to do was take our food from the counter and heat it up, and yet we still waited 30 minutes for our food in an empty restaurant. Even after they realized their mistake, they still served everyone else first. And the portion was very small for €10, consisting basically of just eggplant, tomato sauce, and cheese. The sandwiches, however, were quite good and reasonably priced for their size.
