Fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was good. Most importantly, the staff provided excellent service and was extremely accommodating with my daughter’s nut allergy, making us feel completely safe and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The Amalfi pizza was honestly the best pizza I ate during my week in Rome. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The service was impeccable. Don't hesitate!

Stop going to the tourist trap restaurants in Rome's main squares and come to this exquisite restaurant! The service is quick, pleasant, and friendly. The food is worthy of Sicilian and Roman cuisine; this restaurant deserves much more recognition!! 😍😍

Close to the tourist attractions, yet very different from the restaurants there. Just a couple of minutes from the main tourist area, you'll find this excellent restaurant. The Roman and Sicilian cuisine is top-notch, the price is very reasonable, and the service is excellent. They respect your dining time and let you eat at your own pace. Perfect for relaxing away from the Roman hustle and bustle while still being in the very heart of the city. Oh yes... the setting is also very charming, with a beautiful Vespa as decoration. In short... if you're looking for a good, inexpensive restaurant in the center of Rome, you must go to Elle Effe at least once; I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: Very nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. All the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The beef strips with a wonderful creamy sauce are a special mention. The potato skins are also delicious... we'll be back soon.

02/08/2026: This restaurant is exceptional. The food is excellent, the seafood is fresh, and the place is very welcoming. The air conditioning is very efficient during this very hot period, but you can also eat outside if you prefer. The staff is very friendly.
