The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Traditional Roman cuisine, with the addition of several delicious vegetarian options. We were very pleased.

A few dishes, some excellent, others less so. Bring someone from northern Rome and have a laugh watching them shiver in terror. I did.

We went there due to its high review scores and ordered one main dish and three pastas for the two of us as we can't decide. The mint pesto was surprisingly fresh and light. We think it was the best. The other two are the typical Roman pasta dishes and they are fine. The thin beef with prosciutto is delicious too. We would go back for the pesto again.

Typical atmosphere... quality food... simple, home-style menu, made with passion by Daniele. If you like to feel at home, highly recommended 😉

Piccola Trattoria da Me, in Garbatella, is a delightful place. My fiancée and I dined there last Saturday and, from the moment we made our reservation over the phone, we felt truly welcomed. The family who runs it is incredibly kind, and the dishes are excellent and plentiful. The menu goes well beyond traditional Roman cuisine (we loved the mint pesto), which also features classic dishes (the spaghetti cacio e pepe is particularly noteworthy). Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our meal here. The restaurant has a very authentic atmosphere and feels like a place that locals truly enjoy. It officially opens at 8:00 p.m., but we arrived about 15 minutes early and were kindly invited to take a seat. Within a few minutes after opening, the restaurant was already full, which says a lot about how popular it is. The pasta portions were generous, and everything was delicious. We had the Carbonara and the pasta with walnuts and pistachios, and both dishes were excellent. The tiramisu was also very tasty. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This was the first restaurant we visited after arriving in Rome, and it made a wonderful first impression. We would definitely recommend it!
