We've been there twice. Saturdays are very crowded. The first time, we found the buffet more generous, with more availability... The second time, unfortunately, we had to settle for the partially uncovered terrace.

Oh, what can I say when you feel at home??? Being far from Brazil hurts, and not having our cuisine every day is a real shame... this restaurant is already part of our family here in Italy, birthdays, celebratory moments, always at the best BRAZILIAN restaurant... good food, quality service... the meat is delicious, fresh, and tasty 🥰🇧🇷 LONG LIVE BRAZIL

For all Brazilians coming to Rome who want to savor a good Brazilian rodizio, Império Gaúcho is a wonderful option. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent, and all the support, drinks, etc., make the place a true piece of Brazil. As a good Brazilian with a refined palate, I recommend it, and anyone who goes to this restaurant will not regret it.

10/04/2026: We had a truly wonderful time this evening. The place is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The meat was excellent quality, with a wide selection and generous portions, and the side dishes were also excellent. The price was absolutely fair for the quality of the service. It was a pleasant discovery, and we'll definitely be back. Well done, keep it up!
