Pasta and Tiramisu Workshop. The only thing that bothered us was that everyone's ready-made pasta is made together - which means that pasta that someone else touched with their bare hands ends up on your plate - I didn't like it.

We booked a tiramisu and fresh pasta-making experience: fettuccine and ravioli with a chef at this restaurant. We were very happy with it; we worked with Chef Danilo, who was very talented and explained the process very well. I recommend it to everyone, even those who have never worked with dough or made desserts. The lesson was really simple, and at the end, we ate our homemade pasta and our tiramisu. It was truly delicious!

21/01/2026: The ideal place to celebrate an important event. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on November 17th and it was a fantastic party. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, the food was delicious, and the staff were all very kind and professional. Matteo was exceptional, DJ Mattia was brilliant, and the entertainer Alessandro was excellent. The young people had a great time, and the adults even more so... Thank you again for everything!! For every occasion, choose Opera Eventi!!

01/06/2026: Il Falchetto has only been around since 1916. In Roman ageing it is a relatively new restaurant. Our waiter has spent a miserly 29 years keeping patrons happy! Somehow, given the short lifespan of Il Falchetto, it has found its rhythm - relaxed and reliable. The classic puntarelle antipasto was crisp and well dressed with a subtle anchovy and garlic combination. The curled chicory leaves soaked in the anchovy and garlic emulsion made for a great digestive starter. We followed this with lamb chops served with cicoria ripassata which is always a good pairing. Well worth a visit.
