First time at this restaurant and it definitely won't be the last. We were pleasantly surprised by the environment, the cuisine and the service. Truly everything was impeccable. The menu has a wide choice of both land and sea dishes (we tried these), with very fresh raw materials and deliciously cooked. Congratulations for everything. We will definitely be back.

Una vera scoperta qui a Fondi un ottima alternativa ai soliti ristoranti tradizionali...qualità e presentazione dei piatti da 10 e lode...ambiente pulito e accogliente.... servizio impeccabile...carta dei vini ampia che spazia dal Trentino fin giù la Sicilia...davvero complimenti

We had dinner in this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and I must say that we were really satisfied...a real experience!!
Fresh and refined raw materials transformed into exceptional masterpieces that surprise you first of all with their aesthetics and then enrapture you with their taste.

A fantastic experience that I recommend to anyone who is local and beyond. The Dining Room Attendant treated me not as a customer, but as a guest: he welcomed and pampered me like few others in the profession and was able to entice me to try the various dishes prepared to perfection by chef Vincenzo Cima.
It goes without saying that I 100% appreciated every dish, but I particularly recommend the CHEESE, PEPPER, LIME AND ONION NAG (which leaves a unique freshness in your mouth) and the PISTACHIO TIRAMISU, really light to the detriment of appearance.
A note of merit also for the PORK BELLY COOKED AT LOW TEMPERATURE WITH BEER MAYONNAISE AND ARTICHOKE: as a non-fan of this vegetable, I must say that its petals were so crunchy that they looked like chips.
The prices are absolutely accessible, both considering the quality of the raw materials and the quantity present in the dishes. I can't wait to return to try their other specialties.

First time in this restaurant for dinner, excellent welcome, the person at the tables immediately put us at ease, small but nice and welcoming place, decent cellar with a good choice of wines, the menu also includes tasting courses both fish and meat, we chose one of the fish options and were satisfied, well prepared dishes, fresh and tasty food, excellent value for money, I will return to try the other proposals on the menu. Advised!!

Evening with friends, excellent cuisine of both meat and fish. I absolutely recommend the ajo e ojo tonnarelli with red prawn carpaccio.
Extensive wine list and qualified waitstaff.

Seconda esperienza in questo ristorante innovativo e raffinato. La cucina è di alto livello e si possono gustare piatti esclusivi con abbinamenti unici e perfettamente bilanciati. Le creazioni dello Chef sono, secondo noi, eccellenti ed originali, dedicate a palati aperti al nuovo e a chi è stanco di assaggiare le solite cose. Andate e sfiziatevi di novità, le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi perfettamente in linea con altri esercizi meno talentuosi
