24/05/2025: Renovated farmhouse, immersed in the bucolic atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside. A magical place? Or do Le Fate Ignoranti just want us to believe it (cit.). In any case, Le Fate offers us a cuisine with a strong identity, based on Umbrian tradition but with a personal touch that is there and can be seen.
Homemade pasta, use of truffles, quality products. Second courses of meat and fish. Seasonal proposals.
Very good desserts. Vegetarian dishes. And a great wine list to complete the work.

01/06/2025: Spectacular gnocchetti al Sagrantino but in my opinion everything is good. Very kind and a very delicious location. We stopped while passing by and they immediately found a place for us even though we hadn't booked. What can I say? Everything was perfect! We will return every time we pass by these parts

Staff tutto al femminile (per lo meno in sala), gentili e sorridenti.
Piatti dall’antipasto al dolce uno più buono dell’altro. Prezzo super onesto! Consigliatissimo, brave!

Prodotti di qualità eccellente arricchiti da aneddoti e curiosità.
Clima rilassato, bel posto, cibo abbondante e vino buono, cosa chiedere di più.
02/06/2025: Cordialità, qualità del cibo - tutto fatto in casa con ingredienti locali, gustoso, tradizionale ma con proposte anche per intolleranti e non carnivori - grande scelta e competenza sui vini, e pure indicazioni interessanti per i turisti! Consigliamo sicuramente i taglieri con del vino locale. Il muffato poi ci ha conquistato 😋

27/04/2025: We ate the best Fossa cheese platter ever... we'll be back to eat just that!!! The place is very nice and the staff is friendly. We also had some very good first courses.
UPDATE: mindful of the superlative quality of the cheeses, we returned after a year and a half and found the same quality. Everything excellent. Good dishes and more than fair portions

28/04/2025: We found this restaurant on TikTok, we were amazed by the care of this little place nestled in the historic center of Montefalco, the friendly staff and the small room make you feel at home, the food is crazy, the sauce with truffles is WOW. The ragù cannot be described, it must be tried. Highly recommended 😁

23/03/2025: I had been buying products from Casa de’ Trinci online for a while, but as soon as I had the chance I went with a friend to have an aperitif at their Dispensa. An incredible experience to be able to have all their products at hand. Then having an aperitif there, finally, was an unforgettable experience. Everything was delicious and taken care of with love and professionalism.
