Vineria dei Re In Gubbio

What a lovely find in the heart of Gubbio! Vineria dei Re is a charming little wine bar where you can also eat, and we had a wonderful evening. The pala with cured meats and cheeses was excellent, and the pinse (burrata and truffle, mortadella and pistachio) were delicious too. Great selection of Umbrian wines by the glass. But what really made it special was the welcome: the ladies serving us were so friendly, and the owner was incredibly warm and helpful. Wonderful atmosphere and superb value for money. Highly recommended, don't miss it if you're in Gubbio!

Excellent dishes and efficient service.

We decided to stop at the "Vineria del Re" because of the location. The service staff was courteous and professional. We chose the "Pala della Vineria del Re," a mix of cured meats with two types of cheese, accompanied by "crescendo" and "brustengo," and a beef tartare with burrata. The quality/price ratio was good. We recommend it.

You sit in a wonderful square, surrounded by ancient architecture; you sip local red wine and taste the truffled fonduta and taglieri. 👌 Perfect and very good 🤗!!! Life is beautiful 🤩

It was an extraordinary experience; the owner of the place is the friendliest person. He told us about his wines and his life in Gubbio. It's an excellent place to taste local wines and explore the center of Gubbio, and why not learn about the local culture?
